            Need some assistance. I purchased "whatsapp" from iTunes store on 23rd Jan 2013 and it was my first ever purchased app from iTunes.     In the iTunes Store on the right under Quick Links click Purchased (new).
    You'll be able to re download past purchases for free if you are a resident of the U.S., and have iTunes 10.3 or later installed.

    Hmmm. There's a couple of things that might be going on with that one.
    Let's try an uninstall and reinstall of QuickTime first.
    If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel. Select "QuickTime", click "Change" and then click "Remove".
    If you're using & or Vista, head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select QuickTime, and then click "Uninstall".
    You can get QuickTime back either via Apple Software Update (in your Start menu go "All Programs > Apple Software Update" ... QuickTime should appear in the "New Programs" section), or by downloading a QuickTimeInstaller.exe from the following location:

    If you purchase Pages from iTunes, you purchase the iOS version, designed for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. If you want to use Pages on a Mac, you have to purchase it in the Mac App Store, so you can't use it unless you have an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
    If you have a PC, Pages isn't supported, so you have to search another application

Sometimes they are indexed wrongly, and can't be found because of that, no work around because also the search function of itunes has gotten totally unusable. Not much fun to be an apple user anymore. I once used to be a very loyal user. My first apple was a Macintosh SE and an image writer II.

    Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History.

    I recently purchased some information to be downloaded to one of my apps I never received the download and I was charged multiple times I reported the problem And it's been about a week my question is how long does it take  to credit my account back. It's my money and I want it now.

    It can take a while for your money to show up in your bank, but a week is a bit over the top. Try contacting iTunes Store Support to make sure the refund was issued.
