Ik heb 20 December een app gekocht Cubasis prijs 44 euro,heb het 24 December betaald via mijn Bank. een week later koop ik nog een app Igrand Piano prijs 8,99 heb het ook betaald via dezelfde bank zelfde nummer maar.Maar zag in eens dat ik geblokkeert was althans mijn account,ik nam meteen contackt via Email zowel de telefoon maar hoe meer ik wilde bewijzen en vertellen dat ik de apps betaald had hoe meer men mijn leek te gaan pesten.Ik kreeg allemaal gekke emails en elke dag opnieuw dezelde vragen,die ik steeds weer beantwoorde en dan was ik intussen half geactiveerd.Ik heb zelf mijn aankoop bewijzen gestuurd maar niets lijkt te helpen.Ik heb voorheen allemaal apps gekocht die nu geupdate moeten worden maar dat mag ook dus niet,zou graag willen weten of ik die programmas dan nog moet houden als ze niet geupdate kunnen worden.Kortom een hopeloze zaak kijk nog even hoe lang dit duurt en neem dan een advocaat ter hand om dit verder af te handelen en dan met mijn geleden schade.hoge Telefoon rekening naar Apple steeds en nog dit dan nog steeds dit rotzooi.Ik hoop dat iemand dit verhaal snapt.dank U, en als u mij een tip wil geven graag.

Gaarne wil ik weten waarom als ik op me pc inlog op messenger en naar me hotmail (postvak-in)wil gaan ik opnieuw moet inloggen met me tweede account!?
Ik heb 2 accounts bij hotmail,een live.nl en een hotmail.com....als ik dus inlog bij messenger op me pc om daarna via de postvak-in link te kijken naar me e-mail op me hotmail account dan moet ik voordat ik naar de postvak-in gaat inloggen (dus ik vink onthouden wachtwoord aan en e-mailaccount/naam)...dit hoeft overigens niet bij Internet Explorer (gaat automatisch,vanuit bureaublad gelijk naar postvak-in zonder extra inloggen,ook niet bij eerste keer gebruik makend van hotmail postvak-in)....dus na het extra inloggen (met FireFox)ga ik wel naar me postvak-in,....als ik dus het venster sluit nadat ik klaar ben met me e-mails bekijken dan heb ik dus alleen nog maar het messenger venster open staan op me pc en daar meld ik me af om vervolgens naar me tweede account te gaan.....ik meld me aan bij me tweede account ...klik op de naar postvak-in link en vervolgens word ik dus doorgezonden naar de eerste account van postvak-in en moet ik me dus eerst daar afmelden...vervolgens opnieuw aanmelden met me tweede account om naar me postvak-in te gaan van me tweede account...ook daar vink ik het vakje aan bij wachtwoord onthouden en e-mail account/naam...vervolgens kom ik bij me tweede postvak-in......om het nog wat ingewikkelder te maken (sorry daarvoor) ...ik sluit me venster als ik klaar ben met de tweede account bij postvak-in en ook sluit ik messenger op pc en heb dus niets meer open staan.....ik open me messenger die nog op de tweede account staat (messenger onthoud waar je het laatst was ingelogd)en log daar in en ik klik op de link postvak-in en vervolgens ga ik netjes naar me postvak-in zonder extra in te loggen (heb wachtwoord en naam onthouden aangevinkt)alleen nu open FireFox dus de postvak-in van me eerste account en dus niet van me tweede account....dus moet ik me wederom afmelden en weer aanmelden...dit is erg ongemakkelijk,aangezien dit bij Internet Explorer niet zo is,daar gaat het automatisch en wordt je dus automatisch naar de juiste potvak-in gestuurd,met welke account je ook inlog bij messenger!
Graag wil ik dus FireFox als standaard browser gebruiken alleen op deze manier moet ik dus wel kiezen voor Internet Explorer,die overigens minder te bieden heb dan FireFox!

Het probleem is dat ik nu al vanaf 30 mei geen goed werkende imac heb. Hij heeft nu na voor de derde keer opgestuurd te zijn 12 dode pixels in zijn pas vervangen scherm en daarnaast werkt ook 1 slot waar het werkgeheugen in gaat is defect. Nu wordt er van mij verwacht dat ik hem voor de vierde keer ga opsturen. Ook geeft Apple al van te voren aan geen enkele coulance te bieden rondom het hele verhaal. Ze geven gewoon keihard aan dat ik moet betalen om dit te laten maken. En nee, ik heb hem online gekocht bij Apple Store. Zoals u ook kunt lezen in het bovenstaande bericht.

As long as you correctly use the Help --> Deactivate(or Sign out options) to deactivate there should be no problem swapping your licenses around and getting them activated. That aside you can activate each license on 2 systems one way or the otehr, so deactivation wouldn't even be necessary.

Bedankt. Heb Itunes op een andere computer gedownload en de Ipad sucesvol aangesloten.
De nieuwe update werd verder geinstalleerd. je hebt dan helaas als enige keus alles te resetten naar de fabr.waarde. Aansluitend kun ik de ipad weer op m'n eigen compu aangesluiten en gesynct. Je bent helaas wel al je instellingen kwijt. Maar alles werkt nu weer.

I was able to load the Productivity Suite / Free !! on both my iPad mini and my iPhone 5s with no problems and at no cost.

My daughter accidentally purchased something from an in app purchase, I haven't got the £2.99 in my account until tuesday, and do not want the in app purchase, my account wont log in now even to download free apps. How do I get my account back?

What I suggest is that you try to pair your apple ID with you company ipad and see if it works.
Here is why::
I believe that the Apple rules let you. They are something like:
-- for a shared iDevice, you may put the app on one device
-- for a device you use exclisively, you may put the app on five (or some number) of iDevices
I'm not lawyer, so how you interpred this is a question.
Now, you need to figure out how to do this.
In the past at least, apple used this terminalogy.
    Personal
    Institution
    Layered. combines personal & institution.
It depends on how your company has configured the iPad.
I have read where you can have upto three apple id per device.

Apps will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased.
If they were purchased from your husbands account, then they will have to update using that account.

You do a restore as new to wipe the iPhone then at the end of restore you will be asked to restore from backup. Choose your iPhone backup.
Note you cannot restore an IOS newer than the IOS on iPhone, you need to update iPhone first.
