I'm having problems with deleting my credit card from my iTunes account. Tried everything possible. I tried making a purchase but it didn't go through so now it's not letting me update my apps. What do I do?

"None" should be located right next to where you chose what kind of credit card you are using. You should be able to find it, if you go to your account and click 'Edit Payment Information' Then where it says what kind of card it is it should be right after PayPal. But if you can't find it, can't you just highlight the information and backspace it?

And I have $100 there.

If you want to remove a credit/debit card from your account then on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on your iOS device then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

Solved! Music was in Itunes folder but not in Media folder within that. It doesn't seem like a very user friendly system so far!

Connect the old phone to your computer, right click on it in iTunes, and choose Transfer Purchases. That should put all of your music in iTunes except any tracks that were not purchased from iTunes. Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)
