I believe the apple should be universal in all the products and a small island like Malts should have the same products for sale on ISTORE like of the UK and USA.

The iTunes and App stores are inherently different in different countries. Local laws on copyright and other limits on the distribution of intellectual property make it impossible for Apple to simply put everything in every store. Sometimes, the owner of the intellectual property does not allow it to be distributed everywhere. Keep in mind that Apple does not own the music, books, movies and such that they allow for sale in their store front, so they do not necessarily have any say in what may, or may not appear in what store.

That is a different question. So, do you mean you are using a new computer with iTunes to sync? I'm presuming that is what you mean if you just downloaded iTunes?
If so, then the following support article will help you get your purchased items into the new iTunes library:

To transfer items that were not purchased through iTunes you will need a 3rd party software to do so. Do a Google search so you can review the options and select one to use.

The movie trailers via AppleTV are not up-to-date with trailers on Apple's web site... why?

I love my Apple TV. I have no problems using it whatsoever. There's just this one issue.
The movie trailers I see on AppleTV are not up-to-date with the movie trailers on Apple's web site. I'm hoping there is a user tweek that would resolve this issue.

I don't believe the trailers are from the same source, which would explain why they are not necessarily the same.

Itunes 11.1 is for your computer, not your iphone
It is required in order to sync with ios 7.

I used a third party programme called Mackeeper UGHHH,it moved loads of files to the trash now i do not know where they originally came from or belong!! the put back option is in grey??how can i manually put these files back where they belong?SO upset!!

hello there thank u so much for ur reply!! ok i uninstalled mackeeper now and the put back option is still in grey im so confused...i tried restarting my computer like u said and put back still in grey??!! the files that are in my trash are everything from Accounts,address book plug-ins,address book,adobe,aim.........then stuff like apple,Audio,....to caches color pickers,colors,com.apple.TCC,to DVD player to facebook,google to ilifemedia browser to itunes to keychains to movie effects,preferences printers to skype...my Native instruments files BUT not all of them my garage band but not all of it...it seriously looks like my whole library is in the trash i tried to put things back where i THINK they belong and it just added the item or folder under where i thought it went and didnt restore functionality to for instance google chrome and all my book marks are there....they seem to be only certain things from my library that would have added some functionality to apps and programmes like my garageband is missing stuff photobooth wont work so on.......kinda looks a bit like this thats only the half of it!! Forgive my ignorance but I have never hear of iTunes Document Manager Pro. If you mean Document Manager Pro, i was able to find that. Back to your problem, have you tried opening one of those files in the iOS iWorks apps? Form the quick read that I did about this, .cwk files can be opened by Pages, Numbers or Keynote, depending on what type of document that it is and those files can be read by Document Manager Pro, after properly saving them. I don't see that you can go directly from the .cwk file in Document Manager Pro without converting them first.
I took a very quick look at the app, so I may be a missing something about its capability.

I have similar message but for me the Verizon guys said they unlocked it and when I actually connected to iTunes using Verizon sim card and then did the restore as new iphone then everything worked well and at the end i saw the message "Congrats, your iphone is now unlocked" and then I did the set up as new iphone for my kid.
Once new apple ID was set up, then I removed the verizon SIM and then inserted prepaid t-mobile sim card and after the phone booted up then I got the same message like above...."not supported"
What do i do now? I think the phone is unlocked right?

Hopefully one of these steps should solve the problem.
1. System Preference > Sound > Output > Internal Speakers
    Highlight Internal Speakers
    Make sure that Mute is not enabled.
2. Remove the headphone.
    If you see red light in the headphone port, plug the headphone
    in and out of the port 5 or 6 times to flip the microswitch inside.
    Sound output may be stuck in the digital mode.
3. Reset PRAM. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4405
4. Reset SMC.     http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
    Choose the method for:
    "Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
5. Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup
    Audio Devices window
    Side Bar
    Click the Built-in Output.
    Under Mute any of the boxes checked? If so, uncheck it.
6. System Preferences > Sound> Sound Effects
    Play sound effects through:
   Select "Internal speakers" and then back to "Selected sound output device".
