    Hello kingd0m
If you have a rescue email address setup, then you can get that reset through an email as well. If this is not an option then you will need to contact iTunes Store support for further assistance.

  • How do I delete my iCloud account if I don't remember the PW for it? The email it's linked to doesn't work anymore either. HELP!

I'm trying to use a different iCloud account because the old account has an outdated email and now everytime i try to delete the iCloud accound it doesn't let me without a password. I don't remember the password and I can't reset it either since the email account it is linked to does not exist anymore. PLEASE HELP

If you have a current iCloud ID that is a newer version of the old ID (and not an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone and delete the old account.  Then go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.
If the old ID is not an older version of your current iCloud ID, you'll have to contact Apple for assistance resetting the password, either by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password, or by contacting the Apple account security team: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.

  • HT5312 I can't change the security questions nor can I remember the answers. There is no prompt asking me to have a print sent to my rescue email address which I provided.

I've read all the info but nothing helps as it don't ask for my rescue email address.

  • HT201363 How do I reset my Security Questions if I don't remember the answers? There are 2 questions and I know my password.

I just bought an iPad Mini and when I tried to buy something it asked the security questions, I didn't know the answers to either question. Now I'm stuck and can't purchase anything until I fix this. Please help.

    Hello Flyaway_souls,
Thanks for the question, I understand how frustrating this may be. If you do not recognize your security questions, or do not know the answers, see the following article for steps on how to reset them:

What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address
         - sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID password
         - sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password
         - contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
If you do not see the option for resetting your questions with a rescue email address, see this excerpt:
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

  • I got a new iPhone and i am trying to buy songs but when I go to buy a song on iTunes it says I have to answer my security questions and I don't remember the answers. I pressed where it says for them to email you your answers but I haven't gotten an email

I got a new iPhone and i am trying to buy songs but when I go to buy a song on iTunes it says I have to answer my security questions and I don't remember the answers. I pressed where it says for them to email you your answers but I haven't gotten an email.  Is there another way to change or get the answers for the security questions?

If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
