Manage your account, Log in... You can change the answers as long as your know your password. If you encounter a problem(some people have) with changing your answers, then contact apple support for them to reset them. Sometimes it will ask you for an answer before allowing you to change them, others have reported not getting the email sent if it asks you for an email. With me I could just change them.
