-If you established a rescue email address, there will be a link on the "Passwords & Security" page of id.apple.com. Clicking the link will send the reset to your rescue email address (NOTE: This is not the same address as your Apple ID email)
-If there is no link on the page, then you didn't establish a rescue email address. Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466 (If you are in the US), and ask for account security. You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

My internet connection is very slow dial up thru windstream and they dont offer high speed where i live and neither does anyone except Hughes Net,but they are way to expensive. Not an option for me at this time. I used to have dial-up thru southeast telephone and they gave me an excellerator that sped up everything.
Thanks for taking the time to respond to my question. No windstream doesnt offer that,i asked and they have no intention to do that in the near future. They plan on offering highspeed to everyone in the future,but as of now they dont offer it in my area and have no plans of replacing the phone lines in my area anytime soon either. so until they replace the lines in my area,its not available . I am glad you told me that i cant add it ...Doug

You won't be able to change it until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Thank you ALL for your help.you will be ok updating to the new software but there will be some trade off. i have 3 macbooks 2006 that are all running the latest versions.
some of the trade off are
1-2 less of battery life
slow wake ups from sleep
slower start up time about 30-40 seconds longer then what you have now
the operating system will use high % of your processer while idealing
these are not the things you want to hear about a new os compared to the old one but this is how it is even with a new macbook pro. but it's not the end of the world. just make sure you have at least more then 2GB of ram and have a good harddrive and you will be ok. -
How can I change the overall duration of a project. I did it once but I can't remember and can't find the answer.
You could add more content.
Or if the project contains stills, these can be lengthened. Double-click on a still photo to open the Clip Inspector. Adjust the duration by typing in the Duration box. Be aware though that if you have transitions either side of the still, you may get odd results with the duration. See this thread for more details:

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
You need to follow, exactly, the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating an account (the instructions won't work with existing accounts) - I've just tried it and I got the 'none' option.
e.g. on my computer's iTunes I logged out of my existing account, found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price' :

I dont have access to the computer i origanally used to creat my itunes acount. can i use a diffrent computer to sync my phone if i get a new one?
also the computer i want to use has an itunes acount on it and i dont wanna mess up that persons itunes.Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your iPhone. Only if you back up your phone manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this to back up manually:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your device without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the phone for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

ThanksThe page that you posted from tells you how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
