You can't. There's no way around activation lock. If you don't know your ID, you can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. Then you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. Of course, you can only do this if it's your ID.

The HT1766 article you attached lists the prerequisites for an iCloud backup:
iCloud automatically backs up the most important data on your device using iOS 5 or later. After you have enabled Backup on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in Settings > iCloud > Backup & Storage, it will run on a daily basis as long as your device is:
Connected to the Internet over Wi-Fi
Connected to a power source
Screen locked
You can also back up manually whenever your device is connected to the Internet over Wi-Fi by choosing Back Up Now from Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup. -
I recently bought a new macbook and installed Acrobate Pro. My settings/preferences did not come over and I do not have the same style options for my signature. Which signature style are you talking about?
You can go ahead and try uninstalling and reinstalling it and see if that works for you .
Use the cleaner tool to uninstall it .Here is the link.

Try a hard reset. Hold the power and the home button down at the same time untill you see the apple logo appear. then let go of the buttons

This has been happening when I'm on Facebook and playing games. It just freezes up and not even the cursor moves. I have to hit Ctrl Alt Del in order to disconnect and reload. Every time it happens I have sent report , but nothing seems to help. Yesterday I went and I cleared out all my cookies to see if it would help; but today it's impossible.

the behavior you are reporting can be many things...so lets start asking a few questions. Did you remove or add anything to your computer before all this started ?...can you temporarily disable your anti virus and try again? is IE ( internet explorer ) working fine? -

I've been busy with school, thus making me have no time at all to use my iPad. Being the forgetful me, I can't remember my password. I tried entering some of the passwords I used but none of them worked. I forgot the recent password I've been using in my iPad. Now it's been disabled for more than two weeks. FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY. -

Do you have access to old emails or could you ask a friend to provide you information about your iCloud ID? If not, do you rember your ID for "Find My iPhone", because it could be the same ID as for iCloud.
