This options seems to be enabled automatically with iOS7. How do I disable it. I work for a company and do not want people who leave the company able to wipe and lock the device once they leave. Thanks!

You need to turn off Find My iPhone in the iCloud settings:
Settings > iCloud > turn off Find My iPhone

How do disable the active applications at start up

If I forget to disable the active aps in the dock, when I restart my Mac it takes a longer time to start up. How do I disable that feature?

Dealing With The Resume Feature of Lion
Managing Mac OS X Lion's application resume feature.
If you shutdown your computer you should get a dialog asking if you want applications to resume on the next startup. Simply uncheck the box to prevent that from occurring. Open General preferences and uncheck the option to Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps. You can also install a third-party utility to control resume features on individual applications: RestoreMeNot or Application State Cleaner.
It is possible to completely stop the Resume feature although I'm unconvinced that it is that annoying. Nevertheless see the following:
If you have not yet done so you must first make your /Home/Library/ folder visible. Open the Terminal application in the Utilities folder. At the prompt paste the following command line:
chflags nohidden ~/Library
Press RETURN. Quit the Terminal application.
In the Finder navigate to the /Home/Library/Saved Application State/ folder. Delete the contents of the folder. Back up to the /Home/Library/ folder. Select the Saved Application State folder. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. In the Sharing and Permissions panel at the bottom click on the lock icon and authenticate. Set each of the listed entries to Read Only. Close the Get Info window.
Quit all open programs except the Finder (this is very important.) Next, navigate to the /Home/Library/Preferences/ByHost/ folder. Look for a .plist file with "com.apple.loginwindow." in the file name followed by some numbers in hexadecimal. Select the file. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window and in the Sharing and Permissions panel click on the lock icon and authenticate. Set each of the listed entries to Read Only. Close the Get Info window. If you also find a file with the same filename but with a last extension of ".lockfile," then you should delete it.
The above should eliminate the Resume feature system-wide. Note that any future system updates or upgrades will likely undo these changes. You will then need to repeat this procedure assuming there are no major changes in OS X related to it.

Im not talking about the basic features of "play sound" or "lost mode" that are under the "locate my iphone" feature in icloud. I read that there is another feature called "activation lock" that only ios7 can do that prevents the thief from selling it or reseting it to factory settings. Only the 5G iPod can get iOS 7. iOS 7 was released in September of this year. Onyy you would know if you have a 5G iPod and if you updated it to iOS 7

How to disable the "scroll lock" pointer?

I use 2-finger swipe to scroll on my trackpad.
I often get my pointer transformed into a scrolling pointer: it is gray circle about 1 cm in diameter, with a small white circle in the middle, 1 small arrow tip pointing down below the circle and 1 arrow tip pointing up above the circle.
This happens mostly when I touch the trackpad with 2 fingers, like when I am about to scroll with 2-finger gesture.
If I could post a png image I would but that is about as accurate as I could describe it.
When it appears, it locks the scrolling (with 1 finger swipe it keeps scrolling in the direction of the swipe).
This is very annoying because it interferes with the 2-finger scrolling.
Sometimes I get a "move" pointer (same as the one a above but arrow tips in all 4 directions).
Does anybody know what this "feature" is called and how to disable it?

The Scrollbar in the activeX browser is the property of the page being loaded and not the container.
If you have access to editing the HTML files that you are loading, add the following line in the html document:
If you don't have write access to the html files, then you can cover the scroll area of the activeX container with another activeX container. You can't use a decoration to cover it since the activeX container will remain on top.

Is there a way to limit the user from printing an entire Adobe Acrobat document by accident. We have many documents that are 50 pages and more and often times, the user only needs to print several pages but because of CCS (Continual Clicking Syndrome), they blast right through the print menu and send the whole document to the printer.
The easiest way would be to disable the "ALL" feature (radio button) in the "Print Range" field. However, I do not know if that is available or if there is code I can enter in each document.

I have a question in regards to my Canon Powershot ELPH 330 HS. Most of the time, I use this camera sitting down and talking into it. The Anti-Shake feature is excellent for taking video when moving around, but when sitting down, the following happens. When I move, the background moves a bit making the video very unstable and it looks horrible. Is there a way to disable the anti shake/image stability feature? Any help is much appreciated. See, what happens is, I have my camera on a stable surface (my tripod), Then, when I move, for example moving my hands or my body slightly, the background shakes a little bit. I don't know why, but I'm assuming it has something to do with the stabilization. If I stay perfectly still, the background will not move, and everything will be fine. But even the slightest hand gestures or body movement makes the background shake.

My network architecture is exactly like the one described on your paper, with 2 differences:
1. I only have one host in the Production group and one host in the Gateway group
2. The first host has one physical NIC, the second host has 2 NICs, one internal and one with an Internet (routable) IP
After applying the logical switches on the hosts, I lost Internet connectivity on the gateway host (I have no idea why there is no logical Gateway Switch !!!). VMM completed the jobs with no error.
Any thoughts?

How to disable the most frustrating feature on my 520?

Above the left and right arrows there are two keys that will eventually cause me to throw my laptop against the wall. Apparently these keys are supposed to be useful, but they are anything but useful - they are super evil. I would like to disable them so that I don't have to pry them off the keyboard and superglue whatever is under them.

Even though the KCU is for Vista, it worked on Windows 7. In case anyone wants to know where to get it, I got it here:

Note that the exe just extracts the KCU, you still have to run setup and reboot to get it to work. Then there is a checkbox to enable browser keys hidden under the Key Sensitivity tab.

Could you not restore the device to an earlier version?
No, you cannot downgrade your iOS device.
That may mean jailbreaking, I'm not sure.
Jailbreaking is not supported by Apple or this forum.
Or what about replacing the motherboard?

ATT won't unless they are asked to do so by the police and unless a major crime is involved, the police won't request this just for a stolen phone.
If the iPhone is running iOS 6, sounds like you didn't have the passcode lock feature enabled. Nothing prevents someone from powering the iPhone off and the same for removing the SIM card.
