HT201401 iPhone 4s stuck on red battery screen - please help!
Please assist.
Phone was on 1% this moring and i plugged it in as you do. The battery stayed on 1% and I then switched the phone off in a 'restart' attempt. MUCH regret now cause the phone will not switch on!
It is now stuck on the red battery icon and does not charge up or switch on :-(

Try to charge it on the computer, or use another cable. Leave it on charge the whole night. If it does not work, press the home botton and screen botton together till the apple icon appears.

Help! My old iphone 3gs is stuck in activation mode. I contacted at&t to get the phone unlocked for sale. I was told by representative during a chat session that the phone would become unlocked once I did a backup and restore with itunes on my computer. I did this, then the phone was stuck in recovery mode. Through itunes I got the phone out of recovery mode, now it is stuck in activation mode. Any ideas? The phone has never been jailbroken or unlocked in the past. Please help.

If nothing works, try another computer, if still does not work, your iPhone may have a hardware failure. -
have iPhone 5s on charger for what it seems like an eternity and it wont charge. when its unplugged it shows the thunderbolt and connect charger on the screen but when i plug it into the charger it says its charging. i cannot bypass this screen using DFU or home or sleep buttons. when i do press them the thunderbolt and connect charger symbols pop up. any answers???
Connect to a power outlet and allow it to charger for approximately 20 minutes, then try a reset by pressing and holding the home and power buttons until the white Apple logo appears.
If the issue persists, take the device to Apple for evaluation. -
My iPhone wont boot up stuck at start up screen (Please Help)
i have a original 2.5G phone with 8gigs... running 2.0
i was installing Bubble Wrap from the mobile app store and went back to the app store and it was being very glitchy ... nothing was loading and everything had a little delay... so anyway i go to hold the top on/off button for five seconds to get the slide to turn off... so i can reboot it and then the phone crashes and turns off with horizontal lines and starts rebooting... at this point it is stuck at the apple logo and does nothing else...
i already tried holding down the on/off button and the home button together to reboot and it still stays stuck... it reboots but always stays at the apple screen...
i am currently at work and dont have access to my Mac so i cant connect it to it to even do a restore... which *****... anything i can do from here?

UPDATE: I just connected it to the PC here at the office and it acctually was able to read and transfer photos over through the camera wizard so it is reading the info on it but im not sure whats going on... its as if it has booted up but the home screen is not there just the Apple boot up screen.
**** this ***** not having your phone work and not being able to restore it until you get home.i downloaded the new iphone software (the box popped up on my screen when syncing), so i clicked download. after i downloaded it, i turned my phone off and when i hit back on, all im getting is the silver apple. WHAT IS GOING ON??? its like it just keeps trying to start up because the apple will come on for 10 seconds, then cut off for 3 seconds, then repeat. i held down the sleep/wake button for 30 seconds and cut it off completely. but when i cut it on, it does the same thing! was this software a virus or malfunctioning? this is stressing me out!! does anyone know what to do?? PLEASE HELP

I know there's a lot of these topics but not many with answers. I recently got an iphone 3g and it's stuck in recovery mode(error 1015) Apple support says it's a software issue and basically said i'm screwed and am on my own. Iv'e tried tinyumbrella and it's just not working, unless i'm doing it wrong. But can anyone help me please?

My Mac g5 is stuck on apple logo screen, please help!
I have a Mac g5 before they had intel (so its pretty old) and today it was stuck on the apple logo screen and the fans become really loud. I don't know what's wrong with it, I'm scared to do anything as I don't wanna lose all my files. I was going to take it to the apple store to get it fixed but if there is nothing they can do I don't wanna take a 45 min drive to get there. Any info will help! Thanks!

Most Apple stote don't know what a G5 is, nor will most even look at them or work on them, so call 1st if deciding to try that.
If worse comes to worse we can easily pull the drive(s) & get the info back most likely.
You'll have to power off, then hold alt key at bootup to see if any boot disks show up.
If not...
Does it boot to Single User Mode, CMD+s keys at bootup, if so try...
/sbin/fsck -fy
Repeat until it shows no errors fixed.
(Space between fsck AND -fy important).
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck...

Gdgmacguy : my friend , i tried all basics soft reset, hard reset on my iphone 4s..the phone is not booting at all its stuck red battery screen..even itunes is not recognising the device...
My other concern is, i started to use my spare iphone 3gs after my 4s gt dead..but 3gs is also showing same symptoms..randomn switch off and will boot only once conected to charger with plenty of charge..i tried to restore, reset on this device..im afraid it might crash as welll...so need a solution.. -
IPad 2 stuck on low battery screen
Hello my ipad 2 is stuck on low battery screen and i have tried everything and nothing works, it does not reset and doesnt even enter in DFU mode.. everytime i reset it, it gives me the red battery screen again. i charged it with a wall charger and USB charger to my laptop and nothing works. HELP please
Then this might help you, if you hold both home and power button for 10 -15 seconds.
If that doesn't work:
plug your device to you mac or pc
turn off your device
when it's completly black screen. (You have to have your device plugged in)
then hold power button for 3 seconds
without releasing the power button, hold both home and power for 30 seconds.
then you'll be in DFU mode.
restore.

Received an authorized unlock code from apple/AT&T for my off-contract 3GS (8GB). Per the “Completing Authorized iPhone Unlock” instructions, I connected to iTunes to back up and restore so my iPhone can be unlocked! But after the restore my iPhone is stuck at the activation screen, it will not activate saying “Your iPhone cannot be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable”. I tried this again and again for countless times, no way! I have my old AT&T simcard and other carrier’s simcard. Both will not help. Please help me to activate and start using my phone.

I got like the same problem, last days I get message to restore my iPhone, so I did it yesterday and it work very well. In the afternoon I saw that at top in the left corner show invaild sim card or so (only knew the german version). so I restore it again but now it won`t activate after I enter SIM-PIN and it accept it, it shows "No Service".
Anybody can help? My Carrier is o2 Germany.

My iphone is stuck on the itune screen. I have tried pushing the on/off and bottom buttons and the phone will turn off but come right back to the itune screen I also tried plugging my iphone into my computer and holding down the bottom button to see if i could get to the restore screen. Nothing, just the itune screen. Any ideas what to do to fix my phone?

I had the same situation with my iPod touch 5th gen. You can manually reboot it thru pressing sleep/wake button and holding it up to 10 secs - no data will be lost.. This didn't work in mine, but to some it did..
If it won't work, you could do what I did which is I reset all settings in the Reset part. It won't lose any data, just the settings (if you have just less settings did to the device, which I had). So just configure or tweak things again in the settings when it reset again.

Try resetting by holding the home button and sleep/wake button until it turns off ignoring the slide to power down. You probably won't see that if yours is stuck.
