HT201401 my iphone 4 with IOS7 has started skipping pretty much all my songs
If I select or press the next button it skips anything from 3-10 songs, what do I do?
Do you have "Shake to Shuffle" enabled inthe music app? I believe that this is on by default, and if it is, just drivign down the road with the iPhone on your car seat can cause a shuffle by hitting a bump in the road.
Another cause I have seen is if you have iTunes purchased music and your iTunes instance is no longer authorized for the AppleID which purchased the songs.

That sounds like a server side problem. Contact the Exchange account administrator. -

Will I need to purchase iWork for my iPad if I purchase an iPhone 5s? Everybody knows the iPhone 5s with IOS7 gives iWork for free. When my iPhone 4S (with ios7) experiences a failed call while connected to my Bluetooth hands free in my car(screen locked) the failed call appears on the locked screen, as it should, the problem arises whenever I unlock the phone, it automatically redials the last failed call, it doesn't do this with missed calls that are on the locked screen, if any. It is really annoying as sometimes the phone doesn't respond to attempts to end the call before it connects to the number. I then have to explain that it was my phone and not me, I look like an idiot, which I don't really need any extra help with!! Does anyone have any ideas? I don't want to stop missed call from showing in the locked screen but it might be associated with the failed calls and therefore be the only resolution
I have had the same issue which was driving me mad but think I have just found a way around it. In iOS 7 if you swipe up on the lock screen to access quick settings and go into timer then click the home button you get into the phone without calling the person back. Not a great 'fix' but hope it works for you. Come on Apple this isn't good enough, fix this bug otherwise you will lose your customers.

How can I change my Apple ID for iCloud on iPhone 5 with iOS7? When I updated to iOS7 it kept my old ID on some features and my new one on others. I was able to change my Apple ID on all apps except iCloud. I don't have the original email account I used when setting up my iPhone with the old Apple ID and I have no clue what the password was. It appears I first need to turn off "Find my iPhone" which requires the old Apple ID, then I can delete the iCloud account. I want to use my current Apple ID to be able to use the "Find my iPhone" feature in iOS7. I hope someone can help!!

You never mentioned that you didn't have access to that email. There are some specific steps you can perform to retrieve the old Apple ID password. -

I have just updated my iphone 4s with ios7. Since then i cannot play movies from my netflix app using my av cable to tv. which i baught from an apple store. i get a message saying turn off mirroring on airplay. i dont have airplay or an apple TV. what can i do?

hope this message finds you all in time. The recent Apple TV update 5.1 is terrible. Apple knows it is which is why (thankfully for some relentless user -I have no idea who but I believe it was under threat) they have allowed to sign 5.0.2 again which means you can downgrade your Apple TV 2 and 3 to a 5.0.2 version via iTunes. Who knows how long they will keep the window open but I have downgraded my ATV early this morning. I couldn't post this earlier because I was out all day but I am doing it now.
Here's how to do it:
1) Connect your ATV to your computer via a Mini USB (not included with ATV but included with many other electronic devices) - in order for your ATV to appear in iTunes you must FIRST plug the USB cable to your computer and ATV and only THEN plug the power cable.
2) Download your ipsw restore file from Apple.
5.0.2 (ATV 2): AppleTV2,1_5.0.2_9B830_Restore.ipsw
5.0.2 (ATV 3): AppleTV3,1_5.0.2_9B830_Restore.ipsw
3) In iTunes select yout ATV, hold SHIFT and click on Restore
4) Find and choose the downloaded IPSW file in the Open Dialog Box and hit Next
5) As long as Apple still signs that version the Restore process will begin and will take a few minutes to complete.

I have updated my iphone 5 with IOS7. Now there is an update 7.0.2 on my cell and the size of update file is showing around 21.0 MB. I tried to update it ITunes but it seems it is downloading the entire IOS. Is there any separate update for the same or I have to download the entire IOS again?
Well when you download the update with iTunes it will always download the whole new version (in your case 7.0.2) even if its just an bug fix. If you already have 7.0 download the update over-the-air.
You already wrote that the update is only 21 MB, so its not the whole firmware package of 7.0.2 you get with iTunes. -

When my wife receives a call and her screen is locked she gets two choices. Remind me and answer. When I get a call, I get 3 buttons. Remind me, message and answer. Both are iPhone 4S with ios7. Is there some setting to fix this? I thought the phones were set up identically.

Go to SETTINGS > ICLOUD > turn green button OFF for CONTACTS > Turn OFF iPhone > Turn ON iPhone > SETTINGS > ICLOUD > turn green button ON for CONTACTS > GO BACK TO SETTINGS > Mail Contacts Calendars > Import SIM Contacts
