Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

You need to hold both those buttons down for several seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. Don't release until then.

hi i was watching a tv series on my iPad3 thru the app VIKI when it suddenly froze. I tried to turn it off by pressing the sleep/awake and the home button but it would not go.
Try reset a few more times.
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo. -

whenever i open the camera and click the buttons (in pic) the screen freezes and no picture is taken or video is made....Help please. I did try turning -the ipod off but nothing happened.

- After charging it for at least an hour try what you already tried. You battery may be fully discharged.
- If still problem, I would try restoring it via iTunes. If the iPod does not show in iTunes try placing the iPod in recovery mode. For recovery mode see:

I understand your iPad will not charge or turn on. I know you have tried resetting the iPad and still get no response. One step you may not have tried is putting the iPad into recovery mode and attempting the restore in iTunes.

Resolution
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.
If the device will not go into recovery mode and restore and you cannot get any response at all, it may be necessary to continue with step 6 listed above and contact Apple.

The iPhone warranty is not international and as you purchased in
Malaysia the warranty is only valid in Malaysia
You could try taking to an iPhone Authorised service provider
in India but there have been many similar posts to yours
and I am not aware of them assisting with an iPhone from
outside India -

I had the same problem. I completely powered down the iphone and then powered it back up. I then had the bar at the bottom of the email app that I think you are looking for.

How long did you hold these buttons for? Did you try more than once? Have you tried letting it charge for a bit and trying again?

Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

The forward, back, refresh, and stop buttons are not working. Even after installing the latest Firefox update. Also my home page stopped loading upon startup even tho I have it setup to do so. Anyone else experiencing these issues? This is my second request for help and of course, Firefox on-line support is always closed.
