HT201401 why won't my iphone 5 pair with ANYTHING?

Worked fine yesterday with Blackberry car speaker, and with harmon Kardon speaker receiver.Today will not discover any device, including Macbook air and iMac, which both discover and pair with each other. Have turned phone off and on several times, turned Bluetooth in Settings off and on a dozen times, in various combinatins with Personal Hotspot, WiFi, and airplane mode.
I am surrounded by 11 devices, all in "discoverable" mode, yet none are recognized by my iPhone.

My wireless keyboard was paired with my iPad for a while, with no problem. Today I've unpaired it and tried to add it to my MBP (which I've done plenty of times in the past with sucess) but it's just not discovering it today.
Bluetooth is on, my laptop is discoverable
The MBP is picking up my phone, the iPad can see the MBP
The keyboard is turned on and blinking
Whether I try to 'set up new bluetooth keyboard' from Sys Preferences or 'set up bluetooth device' from Bluetooth menu, nothing happens.
Any ideas?
I've tried removing batteries, retarting the laptop..... Why should I try next?

1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth on the device.
2. Hold Power button of your keyboard until the light stops blinking.
3. On the Mac, go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Set Up Bluetooth Keyboard.
4. Turn on the keyboard. If it doesn't connect to the Mac, press any key of the wireless keyboard.
5. When the keyboard appears on your Mac, choose Continue

Hello, I'm having difficulty pairing my new iphone 6 w/my macbook pro…any suggestions?
My pro recognizes my phone, and each share the correct code, however my phone rejects my pro when I try to pair them…very frustrating!

The usb plugin method is still the correct one to use to transfer photos.

My iPhone 6 won't charge with any other charger, can anyone explain why?

Make sure both the charger and connector are certified and that they are in good working order. Test them with another iPhone if possible. If the charger is working, then the problem might be the lighting connector port. Check and see if it is dirty. If not then there might be a hardware problem. Take the phone in to an Apple Store or authorized service provider for evaluation and possible replacement. Take the cable and charger as well.

I recently got the iphone 4 in white... I love it! but the only thing is that it doesn't seem to work with my bose sound dock 2, i tired it and it just non compatable hardware!!

Why won't my iPhone 5S sync with my computer?

I have the grey-dotted circle issue that has been addressed in other discussions before (even though I did not get a straight answer from there). Whenever the iPhone 5S (which is running iOS 8) is plugged in, it says that X amount of songs are greyed out in the 'On my phone' page. Not quite sure how to fix that.
However, whenever I try to 'apply' changes, and sync to the computer rather than iCloud (which by the way is ridiculously slow as well---icloud sync), it will go to 'step 4' or 'step 6' where it's applying changes, or finishing up, and just stays there. It freezes.
This all happened when we tried to sync a new playlist to the device. It said in the play list that there were 250+ songs, whereas only 56 transferred to the phone....(this is where the grey dotted circles in the 'on my phone' screen comes in) Some of the music in our library is older and has been transferred from computer to computer over the years. I've tried de-authorizing the computer then reauthorizing since it said we couldn't authorize more than 5 devices to the same library but that was to no-avail.
We have upgraded our iMac to Mavericks, iPhone to iOS8 and iTunes to 11.4. We rebooted everything yet we are still having issues.
Some help would be appreciated. This device will be used as a music source for a marathon within the next week and we'd like to get the device up and running for the runner who will be in the marathon.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

Your iPhone will act as a camera, in iPhoto. Open iPhoto, and you should see your iPhone listed in the left hand column, under "devices".

I tried a bunch of stuff and it's finally working:
turn off find my phone in icloud
put phone in airplane mode
turn off auto-lock
in itunes, uncheck automatically sync iphone when connected.
then click on sync in the lower right corner.
I hope this fixes it permanently, we'll see......

Go to settings/itunes & app store tap on the apple ID then view Apple ID then tap on payment information and check that all is correct
