I bought an iphone 5 16gb unlocked and i cant seem to get it to activate with the sims card i need help
Call Applecare and verify it is actually unlocked. Lots of people think they have unlocked their phones, but unless they finished their 2 year contract, it's highly unlikely it's unlocked.

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

It would seem that you bought a phone that is locked to a carrier in Poland. You would either need to contact this carrier to discuss unlocking, or return or sell the phone and buy an unlocked one. -

That is probably a lot of stuff you do not want on your iPhone. So this can be handled a few different was. For you current situation, you can delete the apps directly on your iPhone by holding on the app until it starts to jiggle and then tap on the X of all the apps that you do not want. I had a similar problem some time back when I bought one from the store.
I suggest you try and plug it in to a computer with itunes installed and an internet connection on the computer. then you should be fine.

Sounds like you have an iPhone that was software unlocked, or hacked/jailbroken, to work with any carrier. Updating it removed the hack and re-locked it to the original carrier. Your options are:
1) Find out which carrier it is locked to and get an unactived sim from that carrier and you can use your phone as an iPod touch. Or 2) Contact the original carrier and see if they have an unlocking policy. -

I have the iphone 4 and PC with Windows Vista Basic. When I bought my iPhone syncs with iTunes on my computer, but now when I try to sync it tells me that Mobile Device Service was closed and I can not synchronize the phone.
