some additional info about the clean install, I did not Migrate any data over from a Time Machine, I started fresh. Perhaps this could be my issue. Do I need to Migrate over the User account in order to have access to my old data?

Now it will not turn on. I have tried all the reset instructions with no luck. Neither iTunes nor any of my computers will recognize it when I plug it in. Trying to download iTunes on my husband' s windows vista laptop. Have tried 2 different browsers and it almost finishes the download process and we get error messages that say "error z, apple application was not found, windows error 2" Can you help? Thank you.

How can I cancel RedKareoke? They give you explicit instructions but they do not work. They just still keep taking it out of my account. I have e-mailed them and they said they would delete it but the $7.41 just keeps coming out every month. And I cannot talk to anyone in person. The bank won't put a stop payment on an ACH item like this.

I'm using iphone 5 with ios 7. I just upgraded ios 7 today. after upgrade I realised that passcode was activated before upgrade I was not using that feature. I forgot my passcode so I got my phone disabled for a while. I searched the discussions and saw that I need to restore and then restore from back up to have the passcode to disable. When I try to restore my phone I got the below message:
Find My iPhone must be turned off before “Jean” can be restored.
Go to iCloud Settings on your iPhone and turn off Find My iPhone before restoring your iPhone.
I can not turn off Find my Iphone because my phone locked and I forgot the passcode.
Anyone can help?Follow the steps above to remove it from the account, but then
"After the device has been removed from the account, turn it off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button located on the top right side of the device. Then restart your device and proceed with device setup as you would normally. "

Try resetting it: hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the off slider that appears first), then release. If it won't reset just let it discharge and stop on its own, the recharge it and see if it works again.

I have a strange faxing issue. I can not turn on receive faxes. I goto the Print and Fax center in System Prefs, click on the external Modem (Apple USB Modem) then "Receive Options". I check "Receive faxes on this computer" then the 1st and 3rd options and click "OK". If I press "Receive Options" again, the check box is uncheck. I've repaired permissions and rebooted and it still does not stay checked. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?Archive and Install solved the problem. That's what Apple Care suggested.

I set up Keychain and do not have access to the telephone I gave. Now I can no longer connect my ipad to my windows computer, itunes does not automatically open when I plug in the USB. I can not turn off Keychain in my ipad since authorization is pending awaiting the code sent by SMS, which I can not get. Can someone advise how to get rid of Keychain. Should I cancel my icloud account?

Have reset the ipad, but that changed nothing. I can not turn off Keychain, iit remains "pending approval". Probably, the only thing to do is to close my icloud account...which I hate to do since there is a lot of data saved there. But, I am unable to back the ipad up on my Windows 8 computer because itunes no longer opens when the ipad is attached.
Oh well...computers are computers and it is impossible to cover 100% of the situations.
Keychain iss not the best app for someone who lives in 3 different countries.
