My ipod touch screen often stops working or just wont respond to my touch. When i shut it off and try to get back on it wont respond and i will half to wait till it decides to work which can take up to 2 hours. How do i get it to work faster?

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Hi my ipod touch screen works sporatically. It reacts spacticaly. When I use the keypad it will slowly react and get the letter and sometimes puts in the letter several times. I barely touch it and it reacts and then other times I have to wait seconds until it will react. What can I do to fix this?

My iPod touch screen stopped working, how do i fix it?

My iPod(4th generation) touch screen stopped working. Okay so it was fine earlier, my home button does not work so i have been using the assistive button for months, and until earlier today it got stuck, i tried to power it off but it doesn't let me slide to power it off, and it doesn't let me press anything on the assistive menu either, and i'm currently waiting for my ipod to die but it's taking forever since it's battery lasts forever! is there any other solutions you can give me?
and i was wondering if my ipod has life insurance with apple so if something is wrong with the screen, can i take it for a new one? (my ipod is in very good conditions, not cracked or scratched, just the home button is an issue)

Try restoring via iTunes. If necessary. try placing the iPod in recovery mode using one of these programs and then restore:

HT201412 My Ipod touch is flashing white how do i fix it?

It sometimes fixes when its on charge but it is moastly white . The charger thing doesnt work anymore and this is getting on my nerves as i got it about 7months ago for £139.00 of off amazon! How can i make it stop flashing white and can only make out a few words! If this helps i have 1 little scratch on my screen but i dont think that has anything to do with it as my sisters has loads of scratches and doesnt flash white HELP ME PLEASE

Did you check the USB cable or try another one?

Let the battery fully drain. After charing for at least an hour try a reset and restore.
