My iphone 4s Doesn't respond or power on/off, The screen is like if it is turned off, no voice no nothing, but when I call it from another phone it doesnt say that it is off, I hear ringing but my iphone is dead with no voice or light or anything,
This happened to me before the iphone battery was 20% and after 5 min this happend, I connected it to the charger for more than half an hour but even the red battery light that indicate the recharging process didn't came up, after 3 hours when I gave up and was going to find someone to fix it I put on the charger for the last time and it WORKED so I thought maybe that was something with the battery and no problem, Than was 2 months ago, It happened again this morning I found the same thing and tried everything but nothing works .. after 3 or 4 hrs it worked again,
What is wrong with my iphone? it's new I bought it 4 months ago, never falls on the ground as I take very good care of it, what should I do?
The problem is that I Live in Kuwait, and when I searched for apple support in Kuwait I found nothing, What Do u guys think the problem is? what should I do about it ?

My iPhone 4S doesn't charge. I tried multiple connectors. I'm thinking my battery needs replacing. I had an appt today at the Genius bar. The Apple associate was a bit abrupt. She looked at the receptacle where the connector goes. Declared it corroded and offered to sell me a new phone. I said it doesn't look that bad and I believe it may be the battery and asked if there is way to test if it was my battery. She said "no", according to what I'm seeing the receptacle is damaged due to the corrosion I'm seeing.
I didn't have the time nor the patience to deal with her and left in disgust
I'm thinking about going to another Apple store to have it checked out.
Any thoughts on this matter?

You can go anywhere you want. The notes about your previous visit and diagnosis will remain in Apple's records. Notes are attached to the serial number on the iPhone that was inspected.

Xperia T doesn't charge when power is off

My Xperia is not charging when power is off. Normally it showed a battery when I put this phone in the dock for charging, but nothing happens. It will only charge when the power is on....What can I do to make the phone charging with power off?

IPhone Still Doesn't Respond After Reset

I was messing around and accidently press the "Erase all content and setting" in the setting area. After that the apple logo appear and the screen froze. I try to reset the iphone by pressing the home and turn off button at the same. The apple logo page appears again and froze up. I've tried several time but it is still show the same page

Try to put your phone into "Recovery" mode. Disconnect the USB cable from your phone. Turn the phone off if you can. Press and hold the Home button while reconnecting the USB cable to iPhone. When you reconnect the USB to iPhone, the device should then power on.

I understand that your App Store does not show your app updates. Please follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
1. Close All Apps on iPad: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
2. Sign out of iTunes & App Stores: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap AppleID > Sign out
3. Reset All Settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
4. Reboot iPad
5. Sign back into iTunes and App Stores: Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Sign In with AppleID

If you ran the battery completely dead, the screen may stay black for a few minutes until it acquires a bit of a charge.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

MacBook Pro doesn't respond to power button

My 15-inch MacBook Pro 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM and running OS 10.9.4, (just purchased earlier this year) does not respond to the power button correctly anymore. When I press the power button, I used to get a dialog box where I could put it to sleep, restart, or shutdown. Nothing happens anymore. If I hold down the power button, it does respond to that and goes to sleep. And of course the power button works to turn on the computer if the computer is off.
I have reset the PRAM and the power management system.
Any thoughts as to why I can't shut down my computer with the power button?

Wow, that was a fast response. Thank you so much. Before I reset everything though, this is not how it was working. It was putting it to sleep when I held the power button for two seconds. Now, which I did not try holding the power button after I reset everything, just tried pressing it once, I get the dialog box when I hold it for two seconds. The one thing that is still not working though that this article states is that when I press the power button once, it does not put the computer to sleep, it does nothing. But at least I get the dialog box now if I hold it for two seconds. Thanks!

Hi, I haven't come across with anyone with this weird problem, My iPhone 4s Cant charge whilst phone is on, and whilst its on I cant connect to computer as it wont read like the port on the phone is disabled. once the iPhone dies, that's when the phone will charge. why is this? I have got the battery changed to a new one but no luck, I try to backup via iClod as I cant connect to my computer but the battery don't last to save 32gb of data. Has anyone come across this issue? if so did you manage to rectify it? if so please can you help me with this.

What do mean by when battery dies?
Is that a specific percentage that it drains to or totally off? (device shuts off)
Open an online chat with Apple and they can run a remote diagnostic on your battery

Iphone 4 is stuck in a power turning off and on cycle after trying to update to ios 6 (not on ios 6 yet) and Itunes wont recognise it =/ help's appreciated ;)

I was trying to update my iphone 4 to ios 6 yesterday, and it got stuck on the apple screen as you turn it on. What's happening is that the phone is turning on, showing the apple symbol, staying on for around 8 seconds, turning off for about 1 or 2 seconds, then repeating. Itunes won't recognise it either. Any suggestions?

Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iphone restarts. If still problem, open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB Cable. Hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. This takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Click the Restore Button of iTunes.
