can not purchase songs money is in account, but money is not highlighted can pick songs out and preveiw
I said that rather confusing.
He has a 25 dollar balance in credit due to a gift card we redeemed.
He purchased something in an app he got and it did not seem to deduct it from his
available credits.
basically i want to make sure the credits will be used before my card was ever charged for anything.
does the app store use available credits before resorting to the credit card on file?

Have a new computer and now cannot access itunes without knowing the answers to the security questions. Apple support cannot reset as we have never used a credit card when purchasing prior, have only used gift cards. Can provide apple id and password and all other account details but still no help. Have we to open a new3 account and start again, this means losing a lot of credit on the existing account?!
I have the same problem. I didn't set a rescue email for some reason. To find out weather you hav a rescue password: Go to appleid.apple.com, sign in, go to manage account and then password and security if you do there will be a link below telling you that you can send an email to it. If not the link won't be there. Hope this helps.

My Desk top recenntly had a new hard drive installed. I a m trying to move music from my IPhone (4s) to my itunes account which house all of my music previously. Itune will only let me move purchased songs. Can you move all of your music from phone to pc? If so How?

Okay so I just got an iPhone 5. My first iPhone. In the past I've had two different iPods, an iPod Touch 3rd Generation, and an iPad 2.
I only have 87 cents in my bank account so I paid cash for a $15 iTunes card so I could get some applications on my new iPhone 5. I realize that iTunes won't let me download updates or buy new applications when my bank account has a low or insufficient balance, so it will ask to verify the code on the back of the card. After entering the code, it says to please enter valid information. The information is valid, but won't be accepted because it has a low balance.
I tried selecting "None" as my payment options to see if that would allow me to make purchases using the $15 balance I just redeemed from the iTunes card. It doesn't seem to help the situation.
I went to contact Apple, but I had to schedule a call (this is the first time I've ever had to contact support for a problem - ever). I also sent in an email hoping I would get a response sooner. I want to play with my phone now, not in a few days when they can finally call me back...
While trying to figure out a solution to this, I ran into a couple of security questions that aren't even mine... They can't be because I don't have an answer for them. These security codes are not mine. I tried putting in an answer and it didn't work - obviously, because the questions don't apply to me. What the heck is going on Apple? Can't download songs even though Ipod only 1/2 full
Only 3.7 GB used with 3.6 free space, however, when I try to download more songs, indication is "ipod full". I deleted about 20 songs, and still indicates "full". Tried reset, didn't work. 1.1 GB video,29.0 MB pictures, nothing else.

Can I purchase Pages even though I'm still running Mountain Lion?
I don't have Pages downloaded on my laptop yet, but when trying to purchase it from the App store it won't let me. All I get is an error message that says the current version of Pages requires OS X 10.9. Does this mean I can't get Pages for my computer at all?
Search on the internet for iWork 09 disc. Apple doesn't sell them but Amazon or ebay might.

I have downloaded an album from itunes, and one or two of the songs play in full but most of them stop mid song, even though it said 'download complete'. How do I fix this?
I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entries, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

iDVD is no longer developed or shipped by Apple. You can purchase an iLife 11 disk (if you can find one) or purchase an alternative DVD authoring app.
SInce 10.7 should you need to re-install you do so via the Recovery partition and/or the App Store.
