HT201413 I have a nano. When I play a song all goes well for 2 minutes or so and then it automatically shuts down. Can anyyone help me?

i just finished downloading all my songs from my HP 630 laptop onto my 8 month old nanao which I lost and just found. all went well. However now when I select a song it plays perfecetly for about 2 -3 minutes and then it shuts off automatically. Can anyone kelp me? Thanks!

TS1363 When I sync my ipod all goes well until I try to eject then it says that other systems are using files on the ipod. Nothing else is running and when I physically eject the ipod hasnt synched....ideas anyone?!

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

But that requires the computer to see the ipod. I am having the same problem and I keep being told to restore it, but you have to either get the ipod to turn on or have the computer see it in order to so that. Right now I have a pretty useless 32GB ipod touch cos I cant get the thing to turn on! I can only get the apple logo for like maybe 20 seconds and it goes away. Let's summarise, for those reviewing this threadless thread for app support..

I want to let you know to be patient as this troubleshooting can take some time depending on many different. First try putting your iPhone into recovery mode and then use iTunes to restore it. To do that, you can that by making sure that your iPhone is turned off, hold the Home button down while it is plugged into iTunes. You should get the graphic on your iPhone to plug it into iTunes and iTunes should prompt you to restore it. Once that is done and if you have a back up in iTunes or in iCloud, then you can put that back on after the restore is complete. Take a look at the article below for more information to help you.

Thank you for getting me started on the track by mentioning "Revo" Uninstaller. The results of "Revo" spoke volumns on why a successful install of ITunes is so difficult to achieve. It is the evil "BONJOUR".
I then tripped upon the following site by Apple and the detailed directions (I read, printed, re-read and followed the instructions. It was intense) brought a successful ITunes, Quick Time and the lovely Bonjour home. Thank you for the start JD42.

I have a macbook pro 13" 2011, When my computer boots I get code on my boot up screen and then my computer shuts off and then restarts. Its an endless loop, as my computer tries to boot up.

I have a Macbook Pro 13", that was purchased in 2010-2011. So randomly yesterday, when I boot up my computer I got to the boot screen, then code popped up on my screen. ** I have attached an image of the code below.** But after the code pops up, my computer shuts down, and tries to boot up again. This is an endless loop and doesn't get passed the boot screen. The code shows up everytime.
I personally believe this might be a software issue and not a hardware. Please feel free to shoot out any ideas or a translation of what the code is referring to.
THINGS I HAVE ALREADY DONE:
- Reset the PRAM by holding CMD+Option+P+R
- Gone into Safemode and tired to verify the Harddrive.
- Please don't comment saying, "take out the battery." , "hold the power button for.." , None of that sh#* works.

What happens if you boot holding the command S keys down?
If it stays running in single user mode
try the command
fsck -fy
You could try holding the option key on bootup, to see if presents you with a startup disk however
It looks as if you need to reistall the OS.

I close Firefox and then try to shut down my computer, but Windows says that Firefox is still running. It does not show up as running in Task Manager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with same result.

I have also had problems starting Firefox. I click the icon and nothing happens. That problem is intermittent. The Windows message that Firefox is still running after I have closed the Firefox browser keeps occurring and I do not know how to remedy this.

The one thing that is locking up fire fox is the plug ins. You have to check to see if a plug in is locking up firefox first of all.
To see the processes press : CTRL+ALT+DEL. then click the tab marked "Processes" Then look for Fire Fox and click on it. Click the Yes button when the warning box show up.
Then do the say for "Plug-in Container" I believe that is called.
this is because all ads are now flash ads or video ads. They lock my computer up all the time.
When the CTRL+ALT+DEL are pressed. Keep this minimized and you can see if your computer is running at 100% memory near the clock. If the box is totally green, you are running a lot of programs on your system. Check the processes and find out what is not needed. Also watch your virtual memory. Rule of thumb is 1.5x total memory.
Then now it would be able to shut down the computer the right way.

Sounds like you are using an obsolete version of your xxxxx.lrcat file. I don't use Apple, but surely there is a way of searching for a file anywhere on your disk drive. Search for all files with the extension .lrcat -- i.e., search for *.lrcat. This should bring up a screenful of your backup and non-backup catalog files. Double-click on the most recent ones to see if they are what you are looking for.

When attempting to log onto the iTunes store, the formatting is wrong, and I cannot purchase anything. Can anyone help?

Earlier this morning, I tried to access the iTunes store on my laptop. It seemed to be loading fine, but when the screen loaded up it was different. I could use the search bar to search for the things I wanted to purchase, but I couldn't buy anything. I've tried restarting the laptop, but nothing seems to have helped. Can anyone give me any advice as to what is wrong with it?

HT203177 I have a 2TB Imac, 10.7.2, with 2.8 processor and Intel Core i7, with 16 Gb of memory, and 1067 MHz DDR3. I have tried to backup to a WD 4TB. It ran for almost 7 hours, and then the little box came up saying it had 5 seconds, but would not stop.

I have tried backing up my iMac using Time Machine. I have 727 GB on the 2 TB internal hard drive. I am trying to back up to a 4TB WD extrnal hard drive. Everything seems to work fine, even though it took almost 7hours to go through the process, then the little progress box should it had 5 seconds left, but it kept running and running for another 4 hours, until i finally shut it down.
The WD hard drive shows that it has used 1.61 TB on the disk, but I cannot find anything in Time Capsule. I open the hard drive to see what is on it, and it just shows that it is in progress.
I'm lost and looking for suggestions.

Do other updates show up there (realizing that Lion is not getting all the updates anymore as it is no longer being supported).
