Okay - other things I would try is different USB cables and restoring on another computer if possible.
If no joy with either of those, make an appointment at an Apple store near you and bring it in to be evaluated. It may have a hardware problem and will need to be replaced.

If you're getting an error 1015 then either it's jailbroken or the computer you're using was used to jailbreak or attempt to jailbreak an iOS device.

Hi,
Since upgrading to IOS 7 my iphone 4 has been stuck on the connect to iTunes screen. I cannot turn if off and every time I try restoring it from iTunes I get the same error message 2. I have scoured the internet for possible fixes and tried almost every suggestion that was feasible to no avail. This is my last shot before admitting defeat and trekking to a genius bar. The phone is a few years old and no longer under warranty so I expect some hefty charges! Any help much appreciated.

After being submerged in coffee, did you power the iPhone off right away and if so, how long did it remain off to be completely dry - for the interior, not exterior?
Did the coffee include cream and sugar? Electronics and moisture don't mix especially with moisture that includes sugar.
Regardless, sounds like there is some hardware damage especially if not powered off and allowed to dry with the interior before being powered back on.

Take it to an Apple authorized repair center or Apple Store Genius Bar. The home button defect is NOT a software problem.

To make things wors yesterday iphone was stoped i shutdown it and when i try to turn On the apple appears for a 30 sec then disappear... and again apple appears and for 30 sec disappear...So to fix this problem i need to do restore but i cant becouse i get the error.

The error message you are getting sounds like you have jailbroken your iPhone or have updated to iPhone OS 4.0 Beta.
Eitherway, I would follow http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1275 for a possible solution as these steps may not work.

Ive tried restoring it in two different computers with two different cables but still no luck. I found this phone at a park and it was working perfectly fine until i tried restoring it. This error generally indicates a hardware failure. Bring the phone to Apple for evaluation.
