It is also relatively easily to dial 911 during the palm reset process as well. Maybe a confirmation screen would be nice.

Use the sim tool that came with your phone or a safety pin and just insert it into the hole at the side of the sim tray and push it in and then pull it out. It is no more difficult than that and then just close it again.

So everytime I watch a movie or listen to music when I use my earphones. A song keeps playing by itself and Siri activates by itself without me even touching it. So I deactivated Siri. And now it's the voice control that keeps coming on. As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

Entered wrong network unlocking code too many time...
Hopeing that you can help. My phone is a lumia 610 locked to the optus network. I accidentally entered the wrong network unlocking code too many times. The phone now blocks any sim card that I put in it. Asks for a PUK code. I got the PUK code from optus, entered it into the phone and it didn't work. I then took my phone into an Optusstore for assistance. They entered the PUK for me and it also didn't work. They then put other sim cards in the phone and it still asks for a PUK code. They tried entering the PUK code for these other SIM cards but it didn't work either. They then put these SIM cards in another phone to test and it worked no problem.
What's happened to my phone and how do I get it fixed?The PUK code relates to the phone only. If you feel that the phone has somehow got "stuck" as you put it and want to try something yourself, then you could try the soft reset or even the hard reset. Note that you will loss all your data and settings unless you have a previous backup.

Above function / query is of course a simple example.
Actually I have pretty complex function, embedding in a subquery.
The subquery is already slow (2 min to run), but when I want to split the result of the funciton in multiple (approx 20) fields it's over an hour due to above described behaviour.Optimizer merges in-line view and query results in:

My daughter has entered the wrong passcode too many times on her iPOD Touch, it is now disabled. When I connect to iTunes, it will not let me go any further until I enter the correct passcode. I no longer get the option to do this, all I get is iPOD disabled. Help Please

I just installed Visio 2003 on a PC, and got the "we can't activate this app via the internet because you've installed it too many times" message. I went back to phone activation, but, of course, that's no longer available for this product.
How do I get the number of activations reset? Apparently you used to be able to do this by calling Microsoft, but what's the number to call? Or is there another way to do it?

I have followed the steps provided by apple to restore an iPod touch. It is disabled due to having the wrong password entered too many times. When I get part way through the restore process on my computer it pops up a box saying that it can't restore until I enter the passcode into the iPod. I have tried this same process over 5 times now and keep gutting the same results. It is my kids iPod and he has only had it since September. Someone please help me before I throw the thing through the window and my kid strangles me!!! Thanks!
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
