How can I get passed the set up page?

I used Time machine from my old computer and used the external hard drive to plug in my new pro. I'm not sure if I just had a lot to put on the pro that it is taking so long, but it's been sitting on the "Thank You. Hold the Power button until your MacBook Pro turns off, and turn it on. It should start up on Desktop, because the setup was finished correctly.
Setup Assistant got stuck at the moment of getting into Desktop. There's nothing to worry about, if you can use Mac OS X correctly

Is this an ISO that you burned to disc from a copy of Windows purchased online or is it a retail disc.
