Dear Apple Support,
I just Restored My iphone 4s to ios 7.0.4 and i cant activate it in my email i tried to enter my password 10 time and it gives me worng password or email.
i itried to reset my password through email and did for 5 time no email has been sent to me to reset my id.
so i just tried to make a new one on the same id and it was accepted and am trying to activate my phone on the same id but the new one and it gives my it can not be activated on this account ..
P.S : the email that will be displayed is the same or how can i know this full email not just the first letter...

You can contact AppleCare Support by phone for resetting your password. An Account Security Advisor will try to verify your identity. If the verification is successful, an iForgot mail will be sent to the Email Address you provide the Advisor with. Hope this solves your question.

I recently changed my apple ID after I deleted my old email address which is no longer recoverable. I cannot get the find my iphone app to work. When I log in to try and change my apple id to the current one, or delete the account, it asks me for my password to the old email (apple id). I have no idea how to change this to be current. You may need to temporarily change your Apple ID back, sign out of iCloud on your device, then revert the change to your Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Go to Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap “Keep on My [Device]” or “Delete from My [Device].” In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.

There is nothing I or anyone can do to help you. You will have to find the previous owner. There is no other option.

HT201441 Inherited an ipad from a friend passing away and cant clear it to use as i dont have her itunes password to reset.

I inherited an ipad 2 from a friend that had passed away. I went to go and use and discovered that no one knew her password for her itunes account. Which poses a problem as i cannot wipe the ipad without it.

I cannot find "Other" devices. I found Apple Mobile Device under Universal Bus Controllers but cannot see "recovery mode" or any other status. I use Windows Vista.
When I try to restart Apple Mobile Device Service I get the following message: "The Apple Mobile Device Service on Local Computer started then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs". What does this mean?
During the last 48 hours I was able to see my iPad in iTunes only one time during many attemnpts to connect . I haven't been able to see it during the llast several attempts.
Any suggestions? The standard suggestions have not worked: i.e. stop then start AMDS; tuurn off iPad and PC, then restart both and reconfrom iPad to PC; reload iTunes.

Without their password you have a brick. You should take it back to the shop, who shouldn't have sold it to you in this condition.

HT201441 If the previous owner died, how can I get an Activation Lock fo iPad mini?

I bought an iPad mini which is currently linked to an Apple ID.
but after the last updating I couldn't bypass the activation screen because the owner of the account has died; assure he was only own the account and he never possessed the device.
Whatever the case, it is Impossible to contact with the previous owner!!

HT201441 How can I take someone's account off my phone if they don't remember the password or email address used to set it up?

I lent my iphone 4s to a friend who set it up with his Icloud and when I tried to do deactivate the phone so I could start using it again with my Icloud It now asks for the previous persons email adress and password. He now can remeber either and we have no way of deleting the account is there anothere way around this?

There's no way around it. If the previous owner can't remember his ID, he can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. If he doesn't remember his password he can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617.

If you don't know the ID or password, you'll first have to find the ID (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625), then reset the password (https://iforgot.apple.com/).

I bought my iphone as a 2nd hand from someone i dont know his adress.Then i made an update to the iphone and its says that i have to write the previous e-mail and the password which i dont know any of them and i couldnt find that person now.

No, there is no solution - search these forums if you like for similar posts. Without knowing the registered owners password there is no way to disable Activation Lock. Apple will not give you that password, nor reset it for you, nor give you any personal information about the registered owner.
If you cannot contact that original owner, or they refuse to help you, then you now own a brick. If you can, go back to the seller and get your money back. It is reasonably likely though, that they did not actually own the device to sell it in the first place.

HT201441 iTunes is requesting to activate my iphone through an apple ID, which apparently isn't mine, after working perfectly. I hardly found the guy that i bought the device from, and he cold blooded tells me that he no longer uses that ID?!?!?!

But as i see, you misunderstood my concern.
No I don’t buy and sell phones, I’m just a regular guy, that bought an iPhone from a guy that I know, which sold his phone for his reasons, which may be economical.
And so on, I kept using this phone, until I’ve decided to upgrade it to iOS7, and when the phone upgraded it’s software to newer version such as iOS7, the phone restarted, and in order to activate the device it requests it’s previous owner’s Apple ID and password, which it seems that he left in iCloud or something similar.
So what I did, I hardly found the guy that I’ve bought the phone from, and I thought I was lucky, I kindly asked him for his Apple ID, so I could activate my iPhone, and he cold blooded said to me that he forgot what kind of apple ID he was using, and even if he knew, I wouldn’t definitely remember the password he said…
And I didn’t knew what to do, so I went to the different Mobile stores to ask for the solution, no one didn’t had a clue od my concern, until one of them replied back to me and said “If you give me 100 EURO’s, I might activate your phone”
So today I’ve directed my issue to Apple Support Community, asking them if they ever imagined that something like this can happen to a regular guy like me, and if they did, I kindly request for the solution, but if they didn’t then how come a brand like Apple didn’t thought about this.

Sorry, without knowing the Apple ID/Password that was originally used to activate this phone, then there is no way to re-activate it, as you've found out.
Apple can't/won't help you. Your choice is to get this info, or you simply won't be able to re-activate this phone.
If you ex won't give it to you, then consult a lawyer.
