I have a iPhone 5c returned by an employee after he terminated his employeement with Samson. Now I need to set it back to factory settings to reassign. How do I do this after he set it up on his iTunes account?

Welcome to the Apple community skchilton.
Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

You could manually secure erase every setting and everything you ever put on it, then secure erase all free space, but that would take forever and it would be easy to miss things. Depending on which OS your MBP shipped with, I'd buy a $29 Snow Leopard disc, erase and zero from there, then install SL.

Noteboook - how to set it back to factory settings

hp mini 110-1115ca - setting notebook back to factory settings (F11) failed. Windows 7 Starter
Lost access to the notebook on the first reboot it showed - Windows is loading files- and then it opened a cmd screen and reports an error.... continued and then showed - Missing operating system - and this what it shows on every forced reboot now.
Need help to get access to my notebook and make it go back to factory settings.

I have been through the support, tried trouble shooting, but it doesn't seem to sink in... What is the "simple" way to get our nano back for a new set up?

I should add that I have tried the online on how to restore but it says it has to be through iTunes and iTunes doesn't even recognize the iPod at this point. The iPod is an iPod 2 classic I believe.

Just reinstall OS X. Boot up your Mac from the OS X installation disc and follow the instructions. Before you select the installion hard drive, choose Utilities > Disk Utility from the menu bar. In Disk Utility, select the hard drive and choose "Erase". Then close Disk Utility and install OS X.

Restart it... and hold down command+R
then choose disk utility and format your disk
then choose reinstall lion
and it's back to default.
