The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
If you cannot get this information from the seller
Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
you need to return the Device for a refund, as you will not be able to re-activate it.

Erase the device by clicking the Erase button. This will erase all content and settings from the device. When prompted, do not enter a phone number or message. Click Next until the device is erased.
When the erase is complete, click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device has been erased and removed from the account, you can proceed with the device setup process.

The previous owner doesn't need to give you their credentials. They can release the device via Find My iPhone on iCloud.com as per the instructions in the link I posted in my initial response: Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner

How can I log out that iCloud account without password ?
You can't.
Return the phone to whoever you bought it from and get a refund. Without the previous owners password you will not be able to enter your own iCloud acount, and when you update the phone, you won't be able to re-activate it as it will be locked to the previous owners account.
You should've checked the phone was not locked to someone else's iCloud account BEFORE buying it.

Need some urgent help please.
I have a court summons for some information that has been taken from my Icloud account.
I believe my ex employer has hired someone to hack into my account. They have had my laptop inspected by a forensic company. Orginally they did not know what the five emails I sent myself were about. Now they do. I believe they have hacked my Icloud account. If the old ID is yours, and if it is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

What are you trying to AirPlay to? The AirPlay icon only appears if you have an AirPlay receiver ready to accept the media from the iPod.

Here is what I did and so far seems it is wworking.
1. I deleted oDesk and ShareFile. I removed them using MacKeeper (I found this application very usefull for uninstalling applications as MacKeeper looks for them all over the computer: cache, preferences, application support etc.) While for oDesk is simple as I can look myself for oDesk in any file names, whith ShareFile was a little tricky to amke it amnually as MacKeeper find files that contain Citrix name then ShareFile. I will not guess unless I would search the internet on how to manually remove sharefile from my system.
2. I manually delete all cahe files and folders from ~Library and ~User/Library.
3. After reboot I installed Onyx and order maintanance where I checked all its options, including but not limited to DNS caches, fonts caches, everything.
4. After I reboot computer, I went in Disk Utility and Repaired permissions.
Reboot again. Now seems to work fine. At least odesk Team is working properly. I will have a second thought for installing ShareFile.
Some romanian mac users suggested to check my router connectivity and change some DNS in it. Looks like that was also a problem on some MACs. I recall the few weeks ago I had an issue with TP Link router. My computer wasn't connected to internet, though router showed that there is internet connection. I ping router from my computer and I received answer from ping. I ping google from computer, nothing. I ping google from router, was wroking. I connected the computer directly to internet without router, was wroking. When connected back through router, nothing. I contacted the guys from TP Link and they suggested to use google DNS instead of those my ISP provided. But since then I had not experienced any issue with router and internet, until now. The DNS are still those from google.
I will keep you updated if any issues are appear again. So far, it is working perfectly as it supposed to work.

Thank you for the question. You can export the calendar events from your previous iCloud account and then import them into your new iCloud account.
First, use these steps to export your events from your original account and make note of where you save the file to:
Export a calendar’s events
In Calendar, click the calendar’s name.If you don’t see your calendars, click Calendars.
Choose File > Export > Export.
Choose a location for the file, and then click Export. The events are exported in an iCalendar (.ics) file.
Next, quit the Calendar application, and log out of your original iCloud account in System Preferences > iCloud. Then log in with your new iCloud account and open Calendar. The final step is to import the file into the calendar for your new iCloud account
Use these steps to import the calendar events:
Import events into a calendar
If you want, create a new calendar for the events.Add or delete a calendar
Choose File > Import > Import.
Locate and select the calendar file that contains the events, and then click Import.
Choose the calendar you created or another calendar to add the events to.
You can also drag a .ics file to Calendar. The events in the file are added to the calendar that’s highlighted in the Calendar list.
