bought this phone long ago and take it to a place to set it up both security and iclouds, now i dont have access to this phone anymore and i took it to him, he said i would have wrote it down then and he don't even usersname and password for both store and icloud find my iphone, i don't have access to the phone, can anybody help me out plz.

There is no way around activation lock, and no one can help you but the previous owner. If he can't remember his Apple ID ("user name"), he can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. After finding the ID, he can then reset the password if he doesn't remember it, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787. If he is unable or unwilling to do this, you will not be able to activate and use the phone.

Please help, I updated some apps, I pressed update all, now I can not open or use those apps, they just say waiting. I have deleted some and tried to download again with no success, also tried to download different app with no success.
1. Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Books, Music, Movies or iTune U. Finish off the download and you should be able to update.
2. Check for Updates (bottom right) in iTune. When download is completed, sync to iPad.

DURIM - Okay. I would expect the "Cache Warning" message because your default directories would not be the same as the ones in the settings file I generated.
If you go back to the "7.0" directory and open the "Logs" folder, can you copy the "Audition Log.txt" file and send it as an attachment to [email protected]? We'll take a look in that logfile and see if it gives us more information about why this is failing now.
Also, do you have any other Adobe applications installed on this machine, such as Premiere Pro? If so, do they launch as expected or fail as well?
I do have the trial Pro version of Adobe reader, but I have not activated it, because I fear the same thing will happen did it. I cannot afford to activate the subscription for that product and take the chance of it not working either. I depend on those two programs religiously. Here is the files that you requested. Laptop Booting issue (can't even get into Bios)
Hello all, I had a problem in my laptop from past week... My laptop does'nt booting properly even to bios. When i switch it on just a black screen for awhile and later its automatically switching off after heavy heat up. Whenever i press the power button their is no sign in display and if i let it go after 5 minutes i feel heat in fan side and middle portion of the keyboard and switches off automatically..but for surprise sometimes it works well boots up normally as before and starts working but most of the time i am struggling to get booted .. I tried all combination of power button tricks like removing battery and holding power , press power 5 times and even i removed RAM and cleaned and placed it again but still got the same problem...Please help me with this...

After updating my phone yesterday it worked for about 30 minutes. Now however, it will not let me "Slide To Unlock" the screen is totally unusable and i have alarms that go off every 8 minutes because i am not able to get into my phone to them off. has anyone else had this problem with it being "stuck"?
Basics from the user guide have always been, and still remain, restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

i downloaded ios 7 and when it asked my passcode to get into my phone I typed in the passcode I was using and it won't let me in.
Check Settings>General>Date & Time>Set Automatically>On. Make sure that the time zone setting is also set correctly.
If that didn't solve the problem, restart your iPad and try again. If that fails, reset your iPad and try again.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
I can't deauthorise my daughter's last computer from iTunes because it has crashed. We have three computers in the house but I can't authorise my new MacbookPro for iTunes or homesharing because it says I have 5 computers authorised (I don't). I can't even get my music from the iTunes library on my old Macbook onto my new one, because it won't let me sync my iPhone 5 with my old Macbook, as I can't update the iTunes software. So I have a new MacbookPro and a new iPhone 5 and I can't get any of my music on either of them. I feel singularly depressed.
As you have more than 1 computer authorised then you should be able to log into your account on your computer's iTunes (Store > View My Account) and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.

heey i bought an iphone 3gs about 2-3 months ago (used) was in mint condition well taken care of not even a scratch as soon as i got home i tried syncing it to my computer but didnt work it didnt even sync or notice my iphone software .. so i went to my friends and synced it there it has been working for music but videos wont work? but i didnt care and then the pop up that says update so we would click it wait and it wouldnt work ever since ive had it so i left it like that so i went to my friend today i blanked it off the phone itself and then tried to get the newest update cuz i wasnt able to before so i did and now im locked out and it says sim failure invalid sim i can even get into it PLEASE HELP and cant get a new sim at the moment or take it into the apple store because i live about an hour and a half away from the city and rarley go to it please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? I'm wondering if restarting the computer might help but have been afraid to do so in case it would make it harder to recover anything...I was looking at this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4211589?start=0&tstart=0 in the hopes that it might have a helpful suggestion but it's definitely a different scenario.

Copy the iTunes folder from the disk to the Mac, and the iPhone backup to the right place on the Mac (Google for "iphone backup location"). Then when you restore you can reload the last backup.
