HT201472 Lost my iphone 4 device

Hi All,
i have lost my iPhone 4 device few days back. i had some personal problem due to which i could not took any decision that time.
i saw some purchase items in my purchase history section. i have my serial number with me and need to block the device online.
Right now when i am trying to add the product in support section using serial number server is saying that your device is already registered with other apple ID.
Also i don't enabled my Find My Apple Device app. Please guide me how to block my device.
Thanks,
Kunal Shastry..

Apple will do nothing and does not want to know if it was lost or stolen

No app on the iPod is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
iCloud: Erase your device
iCloud: Use Lost Mode
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police. Alore report to your phone carrier so that can shut off service.
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order

  • HT201472 Find my iPhone 'No device'

I'd like to know if it possible for find my iPhone show the result as 'No device' even though i'm sure that i have allow iCloud n location service?

Your post isn't very clear.  If you are using Find My iPhone to search for a device and the device list says something like "No device", this means there are no devices that have the Find my iPhone service turned on.  Is this what you mean?

  • I lost my iPhone device, how can I get my data back on another one without using an iCloud backup just back up on i Tunes, Please Help.

I lost my iPhone device, how can I get my data back on another one without using an iCloud backup just back up on i Tunes, Please Help.??

You can find the backup files and then copy them to a safe place if you are worrying about this.
iTunes places the backup files in these places:
    Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
The "~" represents your Home folder. If you don't see Library in your Home folder, hold Option and click the Go menu.
    Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
To quickly access the AppData folder, click Start. In the search bar, type %appdata%, then press Return.
    Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
To quickly access the Application Data folder, click Start, then choose Run. In the search bar, type %appdata%, then click OK.

What To Do If Your iDevice Is Lost Or Stolen
    iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad
If you activated Find My Phone before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only if it is connected to the Internet by Wi-Fi or cellular. What you cannot do is track your device using a serial number or other identifying number. You cannot expect Apple or anyone else to find your device for you. You cannot recover your loss unless you insure your device for such loss. It is not covered by your warranty.
If your iPhone, iPod, iPod Touch, or iPad is lost or stolen what do you do? There are things you should have done in advance - before you lost it or it was stolen - and some things to do after the fact. Here are some suggestions:

  • I lost my iPhone 4s and I was wondering since I never manually uploaded my pictures or videos in a program, once my device was backing up is there any chance I can view or might have the pictures or videos on my macbook pro?

I have lost my iphone 4s and was wondering where and if I can access my pictures and videos on my mac if that is possible. Thank you in advance and cheers!

If you synced your phone with iTunes to create a backup while these were on the phone you may be able to recover your pictures and videos using 3rd party software such as iPhone Backup Extractor.  You can find out if you have a backup by opening iTunes, going to Preferences, and looking at the list of backup(s) on the Devices tab.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can only locate, lock or erase your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.

  • I have lost my iPhone  5 , 64 GB ..how to track this device useing

i have lost my iPhone  5 , 64 GB ..how to track this device using IMEI no..Plz help

You cannot track with the imei number it is not possible.  The only way to track is to install find my phone and have that turned on and then you can track the phone on icloud.com but only if the phone is on and has internet

  • I lost my iphone 6, on previous month. I didn't setup icloud in my device. Is there possibilities to find my phone without icloud account??

I lost my iphone 6, 64GB on December 2014. I didn't setup icloud  in my device. Now I unable to track my iphone without icloud. I there any possibilities to track my iphone with (IMEI and Apple id).
I download icloud in my computer and sign in with apple id, but it can't access
    Please suggest me....

No. The only way to track it is with Find my iPhone. Why you would not set up this free service is beyond me. It's one of the first things you're prompted to do when you set it up.

  • Deregister device from "lost my iphone"

I lost my IPAD mini on a flight today. I tried "lost my iphone" app on my iphone and found the IPAD(wifi only) was offline, so I locked the IPAD. However this had happend 6 hours after I lost the device. I understand that the IPAD will be locked immediately when connecting to wifi, but I am still worrying that if unfortunately, someone found the IPAD and erased my apple account from the device before I actioned the lock mode. Is it possible that someone delink the IPAD without putting in the old passowrd?

Did it already have a passcode lock on it ? Or if it did, do you know if you had Settings > General > Passcode Lock > Erase Data 'on' (that would erase all data after 10 failed passcode attempts) ? There is always the possibility that they would correctly guess your passcode (though that would be less if it wasn't a 4 digit code), on which case they would be able to access anything that was on it e.g. any downloaded emails, notes etc

  • I lost my iPhone. If I wipe the device will I be able to restore my old iCloud backups to my new iPhone when I get it?

I lost my iPhone. If I wipe the device will I be able to restore my old iCloud backups to my new iPhone when I get it?

Yes.  It will only erase the phone, not any data or backups from icloud.com.  If you think it was stolen, you might want to read this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5668.

  • I lost my iPhone, but it's been more than 24 hours so iCloud won't let me see the last known location of the device, and i need the map of it's last know location to find the phone, how do i get the map of it's last known location?

It's not likely to re-connect to a network lying on the ground somewhere and getting rained on, it would be really great if I could see that map again so I could use it's last known location to find it.  Kind of pointless to have a 24 hr killswitch deadline.  If I had known I would have taken a screen-shot while I still had access to the information.  Since I lost the phone at Canada's Wonderland (which is now closed for the season) I don't have access to the location where I lost the phone (under a roller-coaster probably), and so I wanted to send the Lost And Found people a screen-shot of it's last known location, but I guess I can't do that now.  (Apple are big jerks)
