HT201559 Ipad Air could not start

Dear All,
My Ipad Air has problem that:
While my ipad  was changing battery, after that it was stopped.
I tried to turn it on, when the apple logo appear, then briefly red screen, and then restart.
It could not turn off while cable connect to power or computer. It just can be stopped when no connect USB cable.
I tried to solve by restore Ipad as follows:
     Attempt to connect via iTunes via USB,
     Enter Recovery mode via power & home button commands
     The apple logo appear, and then Itunes appeared.
     iTunes recognized the iPad in recovery mode (however, it could not recognize serial number, it just recognized ECID number).
Select restore iPad
Extracting software.
Ipad auto restart.
The apple logo appear, then briefly red screen, and then restart.
     The apple logo appear, and then Itunes appeared.    
Itunes Software at Computer show the error 4013.
Check out error 4013
Changed USB port that cable connects to => no change (same above error)
     Changed many USB cable => no change (same above error)
Changed several computers  => no change (same above error)
Please help me to solve this problem.

Sorry, but your issue with your iPad Air has nothing to do with Apple networking. You may get better results in getting a solution if you re-post to the iPad area of the Apple Support Communities.

  • My iPad Air is not starting up as expected. What do I do?

    I just got an iPad Air. When i turned it on, it directed me to connect it to iTunes. After connecting to iTunes, it said the iPad was in recovery mode and needed to be restored. After going through the restoration process twice, the message does not go away. Because of this, I am unable to set up my new iPad Air. What do I need to do?

    A new iPad do not go to recovery mode. Bring it back to Target.

    FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
    1. Turn off iPad
    2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
    3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
    4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
    DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
    5. Release Home button.
    ON COMPUTER
    6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
    7. Select "Restore iPad"...
    Note:
    1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
    2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
    3. Repeat the process if necessary.

    If I try to start a new setup I receive the following message:

    I'm sorry you're having problems installing/uninstalling air.  Have you tried rebooting to see if that resolves the issue? 
    If it still fails, can you enable MSI logging using the instructions found on the following page and then post the msi log contents for review?

  • Ipad 3 is not starting

    Hello,
    since this morning my iPad 3 is not starting up again. Just have a black screen.
    Tried already to load battery with several plugs & different sockets without any success.
    No reaction from the iPad anymore.
    Anything else which could be done ?

    Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

    If the battery is very low, it can take 15 minutes or maybe even longer befor you will see any response at all on the screen. If you have let the iPad charge for what you think is a sufficient length of time and it still hasn't shown any signs of life, try a reset and see if that will force it to start up.
    Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo apperas on the screen and then let go of the buttons. If that still doesn't work, try charging the device again overnight. If it's still dean in the morning, try restoring the device with iTunes.
    Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
    If that doesn't work, make an appointment at an Apple Store and seek their guidance.

    Trying to install the latest update to iTunes on Wind 7 x64 box...  Died during installation with error "Service 'Apple Mobile Device' failed to start...  havee uninstalled itunes and am running a fresh install as Administrator...  Get the same message...
    Tried to start the Mobile Device service from computer>manage>services but recieve the error 'Windows could not start the AppleMobile...  Error 1053 The service did not respond to the start or conrol request in a timely fashion..

    Click the Windows Start button .
    In the Start Search field type Services.
    In the Programs section of the search results, Click "Services".
    Select Apple Mobile Device and click Stop the service as shown below:
    After the service has stopped, click Start the service.
    After the Apple Mobile Device service has started again, open iTunes and connect the device.

    New iPad Air will not sync contacts and calendars to Outlook.  Set up device in December, tried to sync today, Feb. 8th, after updating to iTunes 11.1.4.62; message appeared that iTunes could not sync contacts to the iPad because the sync server failed to sync the iPad.  Uninstalled 11.1.4.62 and installed 11.1.3.8 and still would not sync.  Synced an earlier generation iPad about 2 hrs. earlier today.  What do I need to do?

    I'm having a similar problem ... just used my iPad 2 to purchase the Bourne trilogy and it downloaded fine but I did not try to play it right away.  Then I plugged the iPad into the computer and it downloaded the SD versions of the movie and I used iTunes to sync my movies.  Then I tried to play it and it said it could not open the movie.  I then did a full iPad restore and did a fresh sync and now I get the Cannot Opne pop up.  Did you ever find an answer to your question?

  • IPad Mini could not connect to wifi - but Android phone was OK

    I was at the Hay Literary Festival yesterday and although they had a good free wi-fi service to which my Android Samsung phone could connect, my iPad Mini could not hold the connection....it found the wi-fi, I entered the userid and p/w and momentarily it appeared to have connected, but then lost it.  Another person near me had exactly the same issue with her iPad Mini.    As soon as we got home, my iPad connected as usual to my home wi-fi and there is no hint of an issue with it.
    So what could have been wrong at Hay?    Even when I positioned myself next to their router, my iPad still would not maintain the connection.  Is there something inherently wrong with the iPad, which I may get with other free wi-fi connections?  Or was there something unusual about the Hay setup?  Their techno-guru opined that Apple devices don't always connect, whereas Android's don't seem to have a problem.

    Some things to try first:
    1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
    3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
    4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
    5.  Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

    When I try to open the slide to upgrade screen comes up and then the request for passcode and then the apple loading screen then Hello then update completed screen I select continue another apple with line showing progress then asking for password enter then Message and Face time a screen
    then a get started screen and then another apple with line showing progress and then my opening screen shows for a split second and then back to the apple with progress for a split second and then it shuts down.

    This problem connected with proxy-setings.
    As the first steps you should try:
           1.  export system env variable:
    http_proxy=http://www-proxy.ru.oracle.com:80
    https_proxy=https://www-proxy.ru.oracle.com:80
    no_proxy=127.0.0.1,localhost
    and you can also export
        export OS_TENANT_NAME=admin
        export OS_USERNAME=admin
        export OS_PASSWORD=root
        export OS_AUTH_URL=http://<conntroller_IP>:5000/v2.0/
    2. and than restart mysqld, if it is running, stop iptables and repeat installation process from beginning with the currently generated answer file
    if we are exporting variable OS_PASSWORD, its value should be the same as value for CONFIG_KEYSTONE_ADMIN_PW in the currently generated answer file.
    This OS_PASSWORD will be written by packstack in the /root/keystonerc_admin file and will be used as admin's password for login to  Openstack dashboard.

    I am trying to deploy ESS packges in EP through SDM.But while deploying I am getting this error in SDM at the start itself:-
    Error: An error occured while starting a cluster instance.

    Please check if there is an appropriate running cluster instances
    SDM could not start the J2EE cluster on the host SBPEPDB1! The online deployment is terminated.

    I have checked the CONFIGTOOl and the properties seem to be OK.
    I tried SHUTTING DOWN all APPLICATION servers & Restarting the DEPLOYMENT,but it still Failed

    Thnx for your reply.
    I have stopped all Application servers and kept only the CI-DB instances running.Retried deploying the ESS packages but still getting the same error.
    Have checked the Visual admin,it is not in SAFE mode,it working normally.
    Have alos checked the CLUSTER Manager Property Values in both Visual Admin & Config Tool,they are alright.
    About the Cluster Resources,can you pls specify what exactly do you mean by "Cluster Resources are running or not".
    I think if the application servers are stopped,then the Cluster resources shudnt come into play right?? Correct me if I am wrong.
    Kindly suggest what other steps I shud take.
