How can I download itv player to my iPad Air

I Have iPad Air 32gb of ios7 . In the App Store I am finding no itv player application. Itv.com though giving a link to download the itv player for iOS devices. When I am clicking the above said link to download the player a blank page is appearing in App Store page. Asking your advice in this regard.

What country are you in ? It's here in the UK store, but you would need to be in here in the UK with a UK billing address on your account to be able to download it - if you are here in the UK and you can't find it then do you have an app age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it (it's rated 17+)

That is normal. Not all apps are enabled for airplay, this is up to the developer to do.

You cannot run Flash on any new mobile device and it was never possible to do so on iOS systems. The closes you can get it to run Flash on a PC or Mac and use remote access software.

My mac no longer will play videos in itv player yet the windows laptop plays them no problem

Which web browser are you using - Safari? You could try Google Chrome which has Flash built-in.
Another thought, and I don't know whether this applies, but does ITV Player need Microsoft Silverlight to work, perhaps? Check your Applications or Utilities to see if it is installed and whether it needs updating.
It's been a while since I've used any of the UK catch-up services, but I seem to rembember one of the channels needed Silverlight installed. If you have an out-of-date version it's possbile that OS X could block that.

Did you definitely install it, or did you just download it? If you're not sure, go to your Downloads folder, locate the installer, double-click to open the disk image, and run the installer.
Also, did you restart your browser, or, even better, reboot your computer after installing Flash? If not, try that, and see if it works.

Try the basic troubleshooting tips and see if any of these help with the freezing issue.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Quit the apps. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If you are watching the YouTube videos on Safari - this may help as well. Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data (orCache in iOS 4.3.5). Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

I cannot use ITV player, it says I need to turn off ad blocking - how do I do this? It only began after latest update of Firefox installed.

I have tried to watch programmes on ITV player, which I have successfully done in the past, but now it tells me it cannot find the video and that I need to turn off ad blocking on my computer. I went into options, but could not find anything about ad blocking. I added www.itv.com to the exceptions list for pop up windows, but this has not helped. The problem only began after the latest update of Firefox was installed. I have never had any problem before. How can I get ITV player back, please.

You can't directly, you can watch them via AirPlay from your iOS device or Mac Computer though.

I want to download the app for itv player but i dont know how, can someone help me please?

I am also trying to get this to work on my Passport (to watch the TdF of course!) I am trying to download the ITV player app for android from Google, but it is stuck because my phone isnt associated with Google play, or something like that - and no clear way to resolve this. ( Is it me or is the whole Google thing needlessly, annoyingly, complex and precious.) Would be keen to find a way round this too..

Children's Hospital on itv player

This is my first post so please be patient.
Can someone help me I have tried to play "Children's Hospital" on the replay service "itv Net Player" it says its HD and it is free, but when I go to play it, it comes up
"For HD viewing options,press OK" so I press OK/select button then it says
"All HD TV services are in use on this receiver watch HD: select an HD recording to stop." it has two options to select from "try again later" and "recorded TV"
when I select"try again" it goes back to the "For HD viewing Options,press OK" and when I select the "recorded TV" it goes to my list of what I have recorded on to the hard drive.
I am not recorded anything at the time either.

I have tried to watch again several itv programmes but they are not available, is this because of contract problems?

Do you mean the programmes are available and don't play or do you mean they are missing completely? It the latter then this is because it is not the full ITV player but only a selection of programmes as decided by ITV.
