HT202157 In Settings on Apple TV2, while looking for Closed Captions, I accidentally changed the default Language to something I cannot decipher. I cannot read the lists to find English. Help?
Using AppleTV2, in Settings looking for closed caption aoption, I accidently changed the default language from English to something with hieroglyphics. How do I revert to English?

Settings is the rightmost tab at the top.
Settings > General is the first choice under it.
Settings > General > Language should hopefully be the 11th item down, and there you should find English.

My Ipad wont retrieve my new emails and if I try to check passwords in Settings, the settings window only stays open open for a second or two and the automatically closes. Any help on how to fix. I tried the turn off and on trick and that didn't work either. Thanks for any help.
Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

I'm not sure what is going on, but the brush for the Smudge Tool is apparently gone and it leaves these choppy marks instead of its smooth blending, no matter WHAT I do to the brush. It also has this really annoying habit now of starting off with a dark spot that does get blended out, but it never did that before and the setting is on normal.
Help in resetting the brush? What do I do to fix that?
Thanks!!!In the top tool bar far left side is an icon that looks like the tool being used. Right click on it to choose to reset the menu. An alternative is click on that same icon then in that dialog box is a cog wheel icon, click it will bring up a larger menu, you can choose reset tool there as well.

I am using apach myfaces version 1.1.5 and tomahawk version 1.1.5 in my project with tomcat 6.
On one of my jsp page i am having a text box with value like D:\myfolder\subfolder\ .
When this page is rendering i am getting following warning at console
WARN [http-8080-2] 10-07 16:26:46 Invalid tag found: unexpected input while looking for attr name or '/>' at line 212 (ReducedHTMLParser.java:566)Is there any way i can get rid of this problem?

Won't save settings, always starts looking for Proxy and have to change it to no proxy.
When I start Firefox it is always looking for a proxy. I change it in settings but it won't save it. I have the latest version.

i have done all 7 steps recommended by the troubleshooting articles and only when i restart my router does my library show on apple tv2 but only for about 5 minutes, this was never a problem before the updates of itunes and apple tv2, i have spent insane amounts of money on the apple store buying movies and tv shows that i cannot watch anymore, and no there is no firewall on my laptop nor my router, so no port configuration is needed
i have read many articles for this problem but there is no solution, some say restart the router, others say uncheck the option to sync iphone over wi-fi, others suggest not hitting the "done" button after setting up homeshare on itunes, NONE of them work. My itunes library disappears from ym apple tv 2 after 5 minutes or soDid not work. I've selected iMessage to ON and left it. After a few hours I recieved a message "activation unsuccessful. Turn on iMessage to try again". This has been going on for the past 3 days.

I am so sorry I am frustrating you. This is the first time I have used this community and am leanring as I go. Yes, I see that I can get the later version of OS software, but its not availabe for immediate download. My only options appear to be having it shipped, or going to the store to purchase. my ipod tells me my apple id password is wrong even though I just changed the password. I can log on via my desktop, but the ipod continues to tell me that the password is incorrect, so I can't update any apps. when I continue to to try to enter the correct password in it finally freezes the account, and I have to go online via my desktop to fix that problem. I have two apple id's because when my ipod crashed I had to reset it completely. I have never had any problems with this before, and it has been a year since I got my second id, which is linked to the ipod. My first id is used for the cloud on the same device. My wife suggested I reset documentson the cloud for the second id, however, when I try to log on the cloud with my current id, it tells me I have to set up the cloud on that device, but it is already done, but with the old id.

since installing the latest update on my iphone 3gs this afternoon whatsapp now says it cannot access my photos. I have gone to settings-location services- but whatsapp is not listed in the list below. Please help!!!!

I have tried re-installing iTunes, and restarting the Bonjour service, sadly there is no change.
earlier before i updated iTunes it recognised my iPod but said that I had to update iTunes in order for it to work.
So i updated iTunes but now it's not even showing the device anywhere.

I am looking for a way to programmatically set the visible portion of the front panel when a subVI opens. Haven't found any posts that relate, but I'm not sure how to ask the right question. To be clear, I want to write a helper VI to go through a list of subVIs to make sure the background images are all in the same place when their respective subVIs open. I hate manually playing with scroll bars before I save each of the VIs... I'm figuring I need to find the top/left location of the background image (know how to do this already) and then set a VI FP property to these values or some offset, but I can't find the relevant property. FP:run-timeposition:custom looked promissing, but only affects the location of the window, not the area of the front panel the window is displaying.
