Hi. As for the Paypal payment option, can I use my Paypal balance to buy apps from the App Store or music from iTunes? Is it possible to use that method of payment without having any credit or debit cards linked to my Paypal account?

you create your payment methods in the IMG;
Financial Accounting > Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable > Business Transactions > Payments > Incoming/Outgoing Payment Creation > Define Payment Methods
and you assign them just one line bellow:
Define Specifications for Paying Company Code

As we have seen many users purchasing BB OS10 devices, I would like to keep this up for all those users who cant purchase using PayPal account.
According to RBI(Reserve Bank of India) guidelines in India, from 1’st March 2011 for Indian users in order to follow the guidelines from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) paypal can’t keep money as a balance in your existing PayPal account.
So I request every user not to blame anyone here. It is how the rules and regulations of Reserve Bank of India works here.

I'm guessing you don't have a debit card with your new checking acct? If you do, use that in the credit card option. A debit card can be used as a credit card if it has the Visa, etc logo on it. Otherwise, you can use the Bill Me Later option, though by the looks of it, it will take considerably longer that way.

Is Paypal a supported Payment Method in Oracle Order Management?

Has anybody implemented Paypal as payment method for Oracle Order Management?
We are on 11510 and looking to add Paypal as payment method apart from existing Credit Card, ACH etc.
I found a very old (2008) note on metalink that says there is an enhancement request for this.

We use Paymentech as payment processor.
Let me know...
1. If it's supported with Oracle 11510

First of all thanks for your response.
Please note that I am not talking about using Paypal as payment processor (similar to Paymentech) but I am talking about using "Paypal" payment method for getting payments from your customers.
As per my brief understanding, I know that Paypal too provides payment processing functionality where I can get my customer Credit Card, bank accounts etc. validated through paypal tool (I think it's call payflow pro similar to paymentech).
Again, we are on 11510 right now so R12 functionality may not be useful for us.
Also, we have already integrated and been using paymentech for payment processing for Credit Cards, ACH etc within 11510. There is no issue about that.

Which payment method allows 12 month subscription

When I try to buy a subscription 12 month susbcription is disabled. I have tried a credit card (Amex) and Paypal payment methods. What I see is the following, "Unfortunately, you cannot purchase this amount of Skype Credit as it will exceed the monthly limit set for your current payment method. You can try purchasing a smaller amount of credit or use a different payment method. "
Which payment method can enable 12 month subscription?

It might happen if you are using for example Skype Credit as payment method. Then if you don't have enough balance on your account 12month option is not offered.
If you are using PayPal or CC as payment option then could you please send a screenshot of this to customer service: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170/How-can-I-contact-Skype-Customer-Service
They will check what is causing this issue and help you sort it out.

PayPal payment option is broken

I can't believe that iTunes website has such obvious bugs and they are not getting fixed. I tried selecting PayPal payment method 3 times. Each time it worked fine on PayPal side and a billing agreement was created, but redirect back to iTunes web site didn't work and when I was trying to get an app I was asked for a card again and again.

Thank you so much for your response because it is helping me to see that this is an INTERNAL problem at ITUNES and it has been ongoing. I see your response is dated 4-26-11 and mine is 12-28-11. This is so RIDICULOUS as you said. ITUNES should be on top of this by now!!!!

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card
Using those instructions you may also be able to select PayPal if that is allowed in your country.

Clearing Control - Payment Method Paypal

Hi Friends,
For the Orders with Payment method - Paypal. A prepayment Request(Document type AA) is first created in CAX as we recieve money from paypal(Document type ZP) the following day.
Order / Document type/ Payment method
123 - AA - P
123 - ZP -P
AFter Payment Lot is posted, ZP and AA cleared with each other. In Advance Payment tab sometimes the document type ZP is present without a payment method P and sometimes with payment method P.
In the present setup of Clearing control the system uses the Payment method P to do clearing.
After the Invoice enters the system, there happens no clearing because of missing payment method. I have the following questions.
1. After the Payment lot is posted, where can the Payment method P be populated. Is it in some event?
Without touching clearing control,
2. how can the payment method be populated for all the documents. I can't effort to do it from FPE2 as there are more than 10000 payments(ZP) without clearing Invoices.

How to implement other payment methods like PayPal in CRM 7.0

I am looking for more payment methods than the (obviously) three available in CRM 7.0.
Is there a way to implement payment methads like:
PayPal, Mobile Payment, immediate transfer, debit entry, defferd payment etc.?

Can BC use a paypal account as a payment method rather than a credit card when using paypal payments pro for a us site? If so does the interface prompt for a paypal userid and password or is this collected in the checkout form?

IPhone 4S not allowing PayPal as a payment method

Hi,
Before when I used my iPod with iTunes quite a few years ago I was given the choice to use PayPal as a payment method when purchasing apps, music and movies. Now that I have got my iPhone 4S I can't seem to be able to use PayPal anymore as its not showing up on both my iPod or iPhone. Has the PayPal method been removed from purchasing applications and such on the iTunes store? How do I go about purchasing applications using PayPal?

Only iTunes support can answer that question...there's no one from Apple here. I suspect has to do with what country & iTunes ability to verify the payment. Same thing has happened to some users that used Debit cards in the past, only to find they are no longer accepted.

Paypal not a valid payment method for family sharing

I have had paypal configured on my account for years. But now, for some reason while trying to set up Family Sharing on my iPad, it thinks Paypal is not a valid payment method. Should I be trying to set up Family Sharing from iTunes instead of my iPad?

I've read from others that at the preset time you have to use a credit card rather than a debit card. If you're using a debit card you might try entering a credit card instead, at least until the debit card option is restored.

We're all just users like you.
But I can tell you without reservation that PayPal cannot be used in an iOS app.
