I had registered with iMessage from a long time ago, but for some reason when I sent another iPhone a message everyone of my messages turned green and so I checked if my iMessage was on but it wasn't. And when I tried to switch it back on it wouldn't work. So my iMessage won't switch on and I have no idea what to do. Pls can someone help me?

If the other top chart options and/or tabs in the iTunes store aren't working then have you tried closing the iTunes app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the iTunes app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

How are you trying to delete it? Are you opening the contact, tapping Edit, scrolling to the bottom and tapping Delete Contact?

You purchased it originally, and so it remains. I have two albums which I now don't want. I called about it before I got my 5s and was told there was no way, because it was a purchase I made. When I got my 5s I was hoping I could get rid of them, but you can't. They don't want people's music to disappear and then want it back. It is frustrating, but they feel they are helping people.

Most likely your iPhone WiFi is faulty and no simple fix is possible. Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If still problem, restore iPhone with iTunes on computer to see if you can get the WiFi working. If still problem after the Restore, and if there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send iPhone to Apple for resolution.
