Why do I receive a message that states I need to change to my media sync settings on iphone when my summary shows over 3GB of free space? THe message states the amount of storage needed (610 MB), which is considerably less than my summary shows currently available.

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? ThanksI also have Jolly's problem. I found the iMovie 9.0.9 folder and tried to launch the older version of iMove. It would not launch. I removed all of the iMovie preferences from the Preferences folder, removed iMove 10 from the applications folder, and restarted my Mac. iMove 9.0.9 still won't launch and I can't access my videos created with the older version of iMovie. Is there a way to uninstall iMovie 10 and reinstall iMovie 9.0.9?

If you can't open a particular ibook then try deleting it from the bookshelf via the Edit button at the top right of the bookshelf, and (assuming that it's still in your country's store) redownload it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the app (or if you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes library sync it back from there).

Remote web workplace requires ActiveX controls. Browser security setting may be preventing you from downloading activex controls. Adjust these settings and try again. Where to I find these settings. I cannot locate them in firefox.
Firefox doesn't do ActiveX, proprietary Microsoft thing that is avoided by everyone else due to it being no very secure.

After updating to ios 6 my phone had to be restored. Now it will not acitvate. I am receiving the message that ther server is unavailable. However, I can not use my phone at all until it is activated. why can I not activate?
Well, 99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked. -
After upgrading to Lion, I went to open Mail and received the message that it needed to upgrade my Mail database - this may take a few minutes. The bar shows it is about 1/5 along and has been there for over 10 hours.
