HT203167 Can't find my purchased. Ringtones

Can't seem to find none of my purchased ringtones to put them on my phone???? They are not under purchased!!! But are in my Purchase History

Tried to back them up from/to where ? If they are on your iPhone then you should be able to copy them over to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases on iTunes 11). But they won't be included in a device's backup.
If you don't have a copy of them anywhere and they are still in the store then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download (though there is no guarantee that they will) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • Can't find my purchased ringtones

I restored my iphone 5 and can't find ( so I can redownload) my ringtones. They don't show up in purchases or anywhere.
I even tried to find the tone in iTunes ( hoping to see a cloud next to it so I can download it from cloud) but can't even find that. Tried clicking on tone hoping it sais you have already purchased this tone would you like to re download it? NOTHING.
    Please help

If you have a backup in iCloud, they would be there. But you would have to use that backup.
From the way you worded your original post, I am assuming that you did a restore and set your phone up as a new phone. If you did that they only way to get back those ringtones would be if you have them on your computer via a backup on iTunes. Then you would be able to get them back.
I have never been able to find a way to grab just ringtones from an iCloud backup yet.
I have lost my fair share of ringtones and texttones because of this.

  • Can't find my purchased ringtones in my itunes

Bought a new iPhone 5s, was able to transfer everything over except my ringtones. I can't even find them in my itunes account. How do I get them back? I do not want to have to buy them again.

Ringtones are not redownloadable, so they do not show in iTunes as redownloadable. If you have the old phone you would need to sync your ringtones with iTunes so they are saved on your computer. If you do not have the old phone you can contact Apple at https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action and go to iTunes and request a regrant for the purchase. They may not be able to honor it, but they will try.

  • How can I find previously purchased ringtones and download them?

They do not appear with the rest of my past music/tv/book purchases that I can download using iCloud. I'm not talking about eligible songs that I have made into ringtones in the past. I'm talking about the pre-made ringtones you purchase straight off iTunes.

Huh?  File has nothing to do with it.  Do not click File.  Forget File. It transfers FROM iphone TO itunes.  This is NOT what you are trying to do.
You need to sycn your iphone.  This is very basic and is certainly covered in the manual.
    Open itunes.
    Connect iphone.
Select what you want to sync.
    Sync.

Did you fail to save them to your computer and back them up.

  • HT201272 finding my purchased ringtones in iTunes

i changed my itunes from my macbook air to my imac and after syncing my phone, i could not find my ringtones in iTunes store to download. I have checked the purchased section and there is no provision fpor ringtones. when i tried to buy the tone again it confirmed that it had been bought before.
how do i find my purchased ringtones?

Ringtones are a one-time only download. Had you copied them from your old phone to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases (if you had then they should be in the Tones part of yoru library) so that you can sync them to your new phone ?

  • I have been working on a document in Pages 4.3 and now it tells me I can not open the document unless I upgrade to Pages 5.2. When I look up Pages 5.2 the App store says "installed" nor can I find a "purchase" or "install" button.

My OS is 10.9.3.I've been working on a document in Pages 4.3. Now is says I can not open the document unless I upgrade to Pages 5.2. The Pages 5.2 page in the App store says "installed" nor can I find a "purchase" or "install" button. How do I get Pages 5.2?

If you have already updated to Pages 5.2 on your Mac, you may be trying to open the file with a previous version of Pages. If this is the case, you have two versions of Pages on your Mac & are trying to open Pages 5 documents with Pages 4. Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there then right-click on the Dock icon & select Options > Keep in Dock.
Installing new versions of iWork has never replaced existing versions. This is nothing new. The only thing new is that the '09 apps are moved to an iWork '09 folder if they were purchased from the Mac App Store. If they were installed from disk they should already be in a separate folder in Applications.

Welcome to the Apple Community Elizabeth.
You should be able to access any book you have purchased from iTunes anywhere.
Do you have settings > iBooks > Show all purchases turned on.

    Hi again Limons,
just got your last reply per mail, re: 'presently only available in the USA.'
Unfortunately, you're right. Just found this article: http://www.digitalmusicnews.com/stories/061011icloud
seem like it's going to be a while before this gets sorted out . . .
Frustrating outcome to my question, but thanks a lot for helping me sort out what the problem was :-)
    All the best to you.

  • I upgraded from a 5s to a 6plus and can't get my purchased ringtones what should I do?

I upgraded from a 5s to a 6plus and can't get my purchased ringtones, when I go and buy the ringtone again it tells me I already purchased it, how do I get them again?

    Hi there DallasHeat,
It looks like you will need to sync this data from your previous device. Take a look at the article below for more information.
    Download past purchases
    Audiobooks, ringtones, and tones
If you made a backup of these items on your Mac or PC, you can sync the items to your iOS device. You can't download these items again from iTunes in the Cloud.

  • Can't find my purchased apps after changing the country ?

I Changed thr country in the setting of itunes , and i can't find my purchased apps , i need help

That is how it will show, all content is tied to the country as well as to the account, items will no longer show in the Purchased tabs in the store apps for redownloading for free.
For apps if you try to redownload an app from the main part of the store you should (based on what other people have posted) get a prompt saying that you've already bought the app and would you like to redownload it for free - try a free or cheap app and see if you get a similar prompt.
For media (music, films, tv shows) you will have to pay again if you want to redownload them.

My current situation: I have soooo many texts on my iphone and I haven't deleted many because I need the information contained in them for future reference and for legal purposes.  I would really like to find a means and way to save them other than on the phone itself. I've done searches for various apps yet I'm not finding what I think I would need.  It appears Apple does not sync the texts between the iphone and my MacBook Pro.
Try the computer apps PhoneView (Mac) or TouchCopy (Mac & PC):

  • I can't find ping & purchased column in itunes store

i can't find ping & purchased column in itunes store

If you update to iOS 4.3.3 you should then see it in the App Store app. If you have iTunes 10.3 on your computer you can also do it there. Otherwise I think that you'll have to go through your purchase history on your account in iTunes on your computer.

  • I can't find newly purchased songs in iTunes Match.

I Can't find newly purchased songs in iTunes Match. Anybody know why?

Hi - you are not alone in this. I've had the same problem, and apparently so have others. I'm also following the discussion:
