I purchased a new album via my ipod touch,my credit card shows a charge but i cannot locate purchased item. I looked in purchased folder and previous purchased items as well as my purchase history but album is not there. I wantyt either my music or a full refund, Any suggestions????

Time charged in timesheet but not showing up in project

Hi,
Resource charged time in timesheet , approved by PM and functional manager the time shows in timesheet but not in project for those days?
I have recalled the timesheet,resubmitted and publish project again still don't show up
Anyone knows why

Just to confirm, double check whether the project is published
Open PWA --> Approvals --> History --> Status updates
-Ensure the Approval date, action and published status, publish the plan if it is unpublished.
If that doesn't help,
-->Recall the timesheet, Remove that problematic task which was submitted earlier (note down the hours)
--> Add the assignment again -->Submit the hours, approve and check it again.
Note : there are two possible reasons, either the project plan is not published after the approval or the assignment id not mapped with the appropriate project plan.

Sales order blocked for delivery but not showing in VA14L

A Sales order is in delivery block and its not showing in VA14l Delivery block .

Hi,
Transaction VA14L report displays sales orders with header level delivery blocks & credit blocks.
If the delivery block in sales order item level the VA14L will not display those orders.
You may try V.14 transaction but it will not display sales orders with credit related delivery blocks.
Otherwise, provide more inputs so that it would be easy to analyse the issue.

You cannot install more storage space on an iDevice. If you don't have space on the device to download to it, then you need to delete stuff from it. Buying more cloud space does not do a thing for you unless you store to the cloud and remove from the device.

HP Photosmart 5515 registered for EPrint but not showing device

right o ppl.
ages ago when i got the printer i set up my eprint center for the above mentioned printer.
then when i went on to try tonight and print something off the email address i used was no longer found as registered user.
so i re created the account with the same email address as before and no devices are shown, but now when i send emails to hp the account from the one i re registered with same one as original reg, it prints without any printers devices shown.
how do i either re register the printer to the email address or delete the old stuff and just start over.
when i print the web sevice info it just tells me the email address to use. no code. i also get printer needs to be deleted from account but its all acounts registered to my same gmail account and is not shown in my devices
any help would be great as i would like to add other email address to the eprint, which i cant do right now as its not shown in my devices.

Hi Davie, if I understand you correctly it sounds as though you can log in to your ePrintCenter account, albeit that you had to create another one. If that's the case then you can just add your 5510 using the Add Printer button while you are signed in to your current ePrintCenter account. When you're prompted for the printer code use the string of letters and numbers that makes up the printers email address up until the @hpeprint.com.
Just to clarify, the printer does not have to be associated to your ePC account in order for you to be able to send emails to it and have them print. The crucial thing is that the printer has a valid email address. This is what allows it to receive print jobs from the ePrint service. Adding the printer to your account improves the experience by enabling you to set the security settings and track ePrint job history. Also for many ePrint enabled print models, managing print apps that appear on the printer display panel must be done from within a valid ePrintCenter account.

I am an HP employee.

I bought OS X Mountain Lion a few days ago from the App Store but it will not download. In the purchased section of the App Store it says 'an error has occurred' in red letters next to the download button. I have been charged for it but not downloaded it?

If i click on the download button in the purhased section nothing happens. if i go into the App store and click download on Mountain Lion there it looks like it is starting to download and opens Lauchpad but it never moves off 'waiting'.
Any help would be great.

Press Shift key on boot, delete Mountain Lion installer from Applications, open App Store > Purchases and download OS X. If it doesn't help > http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact

No idea what this means, unless you say what you have tried. When you say that you have tried "all", it really does not encourage anyone to make suggestions. If you have tried it all, then, by definition, there is nothing left to try.

Either the physical drive or the enclosure electronics has failed. The light you are seeing is powered by the USB connection, the power, electricity, all USB ports put out. That doesn't mean the actual physical hard drive or the USB to SATA bus electronics are working properly. If it doesn't show in Disk Utility then it is DEAD.
Most of the time it is the enclosures electronics that fail. Removing the physical drive from the enclosure and put it in another enclosure or using a SATA to USB adapter, one that has it's own AC power supply, might allow you to get the files off the drive.

Are you referencing Apple's Preview application or the Preview panel in Bridge? Huge difference.
Try purging the cache for the offending folder(s) through the Tools menu in Bridge.

First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Try moving and wiggle the devise if that works the port or the tip of the charger is Brocken if the wire is an apple chatter made by Apple it should not I give your problems I've it in a forren ore different manufacturer that could be the problem apple suggest all apples devises should all ways charges and sync with an apple manufactured charger for the best proformance don't try other doggy chargers made from other manufactures.

You may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the iPad.
If you haven't synced to a computer them (from here) :
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.
