Half of my digital copies of movies downloaded to my laptop hard-drive, half downloaded to an external hard-drive. Is there a way to combine them to one location?

CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG BACKUP COPIES
FOR DEVICE TYPE DISK TO 2;
BACKUP AS COMPRESSED BACKUPSET ARCHIVELOG ALL
FORMAT '<path_to_location_1>', '<path_to_location_2>';The CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG BACKUP COPIES command configures backup duplexing for your archivelogs to two locations. You may configure up to four locations. The BACKUP command specifies the two locations where your archivelogs should be backuped.
To your question about the PARMS parameter. This is only for SBT devices. Whit the PARMS parameter you may specify device dependent parameter/value pairs. You may look into your device vendors documentation about that parameters.

I have the T4i — you do not need to change codecs, not even for RAW images.
The best way to import your images/videos from your Rebel is to take the memory card and put it in an sd card reader (the iMacs already have one.) Copy the files to a location on a hard drive (or use the Importer to make a camera archive.) Then import the clips from there. You will be able to preview your clips/images before deciding what to import.

If you downloaded them on your computer's iTunes then they should have gone into the Movies part of your iTunes library, if on a device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then into the Videos app - they haven't appeared there ?
If you downloaded on your PC and they don't show in the Movies section then you could try searching for them by name (or part of their name) via windows explorer and see if that finds them. Or if you downloaded them on a device and they aren't in the Videos app then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them, and if not can you find them via the device's spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right) ?

Are they gone completely from the computer, or just no longer in the library? Check your movie media folder.
If your'e in the USA you can download some movies a second time, but not all (studio dependent). You should always back up all media.

I have seen users reporting on the forum that there download is not working anf stucking up at 99% but when they try it out again say after a day or two then the issue gets resolved, I believe in the mean time the store team/web team fixed that issue. Did you tried it again? Any success?

1080p downloads from Blu Ray digital copies available?

I have a number of digital copies from Blu Rays I've purchased, and I'm curious if I can redownload them in 1080p.
So far, after removing them and redownloading them from the Cloud on my MacBook, the answer is no.
For example, I tried to do this with Star Trek, which is definitely available in HD. If I remove the movie and try to redownload it, it only downloads in SD.
I set my store preferences to download in 1080p when available as well.
Is doing what I'm trying to do undoable? I'd really like to update my digital copies to HD versions now that they're available.

This seems a common problem. I have the latest iTunes; got Night at the Museum; redeemed code and straight away got this same error. I de-authorised this account and reauthorised and it worked. Not sure that I have to do this each time, but hopefully iTunes bug fix is coming...

Downloading digital copies

I started to download a digital copy of Hugo and left my computer on overnight when I returned the next day the movie was not found under "store downloads" nor was it found under "library movies". I have downloaded other digital copies before and they have worked but where would this digital copy have gone? I tried to reenter the code to start again but it says it already was used.

it didnt work for me because it said "allowed license aquisitions exceeded", but i ave read many people had their issue resolved with that link.

Syncing Digital Copies to Multiple iPhones

I have some movie digital copies in my iTunes that I sync with my iPhone. I'd like to load some of them on my wife's iPhone who syncs as a different profile and iTunes instance.
Is there any way to be able to get her iPhone to load a movie without actually making a separate copy of it in both iTunes folders?

Applications can only be synced from one iTunes library. If you are connected your iPhone or iPod >touch to an iTunes library that you don't normally sync with, you can still transfer purchased >applications from the device by choosing File > Transfer Purchases in iTunes.

So you can have multiple Phones synced to your computer/library, all those can have the same apps, but you can't transfer the apps to another computer using a different account in itunes and start using those apps on different devices.

Trouble downloading digital copies

I have just bought a couple ipod touches and am fairly new to the itunes program. I am trying to download a digital copy to my itunes but when it is finally downloaded i get an error message that says i don't have sufficient access privileges to complete this operation and to clean the disc. I have tried this on several different movies and it says the same. I have also tried using different accounts and seen if it would work again the same error. I know the discs are clean, they are all brand new. does anyone know what to do?

Ok, I just followed the suggestion from other posts. In the store tab, I de-authorized my account then re-authorized. I restarted my computer and went through the whole digital copy download process and it worked! Good luck!
