I used to have an I Phone that was my company phone.....I changed jobs no longer have the phone. Additionally, my computer that I had I Tunes on crashed.....how do I get my purchased music on I Tunes on the new laptop.?

Do the following:
rename the old library to something other that iPhoto Library.
copy the library to the Pictures folder on your new laptop.
launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and select the old library to open it and convert it to the newer version.
Note: if the older version of iPhoto was iPhoto 7 (08) or earlier you'll need to download and run the iPhoto Library Upgrader 1.1 on it before opening with iPhoto on your new laptop.
If you want to merge the two libraries into one library and keep the edited versions, keywords, titles, etc. you'll need to use the paid version of iPhoto Library Manager to do the merging.

On your phone: App Store>Purchased...you can download purchased content directly to your phone. Or, just sync it to your phone from iTunes. No, you don't have to purchase again. Of course, apps that are iPad versions only will not sync to your phone or be able to be downloaded to your phone.

Quick answer if you let iTunes manage your music: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Start iTunes with the option (shift on Windows) key held down and guide it to the new location of the library.

I mistakely deleted my AppleID. Having recreated, can I access my previous purchases?

I have music which purchased under my deleted appleid (username is the same as new one), which are still on my phone, but won't transfer to my iTunes library (I also had to reinstall iTunes!) on my computer or back up in the icloud, I have signed up to iTunes Match to see if I could do it that way but it won't. It wants to sync my phone which will just delete all my music. Is there any way I can access it or transfer it? Unless I sync my phone and computer, I can't add any music using CDs either.

You shouldn't have been able to create a second account with the same email address - the 'delete account' button should only have deleted the account from Settings > iCloud on the phone.
Deleting and reinstalling iTunes on a computer also shouldn't have deleted your library, it should only have affected the iTunes program. Have you checked to see if the music is still on your computer ? By default it should be stored under :
Mac OS X: /Users/username/Music
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\
Windows Vista: \Users\username\Music\iTunes
Windows 7 and Windows 8: \Users\username\My Music\iTunes
If it's there then what happens when you try to add it to your iTunes via File > Add To Library - are you prompted to authorise an iTunes account, and if so what id are you prompted for ?

My compuer had a bug and they completely wiped out my hard drive. I reinstalled Itunes on my computer and it easily added all the music found on my computer, but all of the music I previously purchased on itunes was nowhere to be found. I thought "check for available updates" might download my previously purchased content to my new computer. did i lose the hundreds of dollars of music i had purchased from itunes? Is there anyway I can use my account records to get all those songs into my new itunes library?

It's true. I was loaded down like a mule, approaching my car, needing a free hand, and thinking "I'll just set this on the roof for a moment..."
I drove about 1/2 mile and turned left into rush-hour traffic. No sound, no horns, no frantic hand gestures from fellow drivers, and no sinking feeling whatsoever for several minutes. And then like that sudden stop at the end of long fall, it hit me. I quickly turned around as though haste may matter - and it did. Had five more minutes passed, there'd have been nothing larger than a grain-of-sand-sized evidence that my computer had once existed. For the next 30 minutes, I dodged many hundreds of cars in my firm commitment to gather every last one of the 2,653 pieces that I would need for a successful reassembling.
At some point during my repair attempt, I noted that I was unable to access my previously purchased copies of Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10.
And since Dell.com's record of this purchase was apparently destroyed that day as well, I'm at a loss. Unless... "Ok, maybe I actually registered this purchase at Adobe.com... don't just sign out!
if you simply sign out, the stuff you recently purchased will be an issue in the future when an update comes out for apps or anything else. restore the device as new from itunes then restore from a back if you have one as stated above...or set up as new and use correct apple id. this will ensure you will be using the apple id that you used originally without issues from the new one.

ITunes Quick Links Purchased link is Blank. Can't access my iCloud purchases

I'm running iTunes 11.1.3, but when I try and access my previously Purchased (iCloud) music, (or movies) and click the Purchased link, under QuickLinks, I get nothing. Just ablank screen. it's not like it's accessing the cloud, and my library is empty, but like the link to iCloud is broken and not even seeing any of my purchased, but not downloaded content. My MacBook Pro is authorized, and I've even deauthorized it, and logged off and on a number of times but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

UPDATE: It seems that I am able to access my other content (movies, tv shows, apps and books) when I when i click the individual Subject Links at the top of the Itunes Store window, then click Purchased under Quick Links within each individual sections, i.e., I click Movies tab at the top of Itunes, then under Movies Quick Links, click Purchased and can access my content.
The problem lies with my purchased Music.
I cannot access previously purchased, but not yet downloaded, Music, either through the quick links, purchased link at the home screen, nor at the music screen.
I apologize for all the detail, but I find being specific is important.

I cannot access the "previous purchases" section on the iphone App Store. I can access every other part of the store but when I click "purchased" under the "update" section it just stays loading but no content ever comes up.

You would have to upgrade your Mac to at the very least v10.6.8 Snow Leopard in order to have the latest version of iTunes installed in order to sync your iOS devices.

Tv show, music can be seen under the purchased section in the iPad itunes app.
If connected to wifi you can download them, music can also be downloaded on 3G.
Apps can be seen under purchased in the app store and downloaded.
Movies cannot be accessed due to licensing restrictions.
