I can't find a movie that I downloaded. This is the first time I downloaded a movie from ITunes and did not realize that it would take so long and that you needed Wifi for the download. So, it was probably 3 days before I was in a wifi area long enough for it to be downloaded. Well, now I can't find it. When I go to the movie in ITunes, it says that it has been downloaded. But I don't know where.

If you downloaded it to your iTunes library it will be in the Movies folder. If you downloaded it to an iOS device you will find it in the Videos app. This explains how to redownload previously purchased videos (available in some locations as long as the studio permits it): http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12283.

When you say they are displaying in your iTunes library, are you talking about the Audiobooks section of your iTunes library and not the audiobooks section indented under the iPod in the left pane of iTunes under Devices?
Is the iPod Shuffle configured to sync audiobooks or do you manually manage the iPod's contents?

Are it's amazing what going to the apple classes can do for you, lol the problem was air play has turned off no doubt when the upgrades were done, but thanks to the training apple gave me I was able to reason the problem out yah! I love my apple.

open itunes program, go to movies section in itunes store after logging in, on the right side there is an option for PURCHASED with a "new" in blue. select that and if they were downloaded with your apple ID, they will be there to redownload.

I have good news!! I was waiting until I had adequate time to try this recommended fix in case I had any problems with it. Then I decided to enter a new event in my Calender even tho it was showing "No Calenders". As soon as I entered the new event my whole Calender came back! Yeeaaa! Can't find rented movies that I tranferred to iPad

I transferred four rentals from iTunes to my iPad (iOS 6.1.3) and they all show up ready to play in the Videos app of the iPad. However, I decided I wanted to move a couple of them back so I could watch them on my Apple TV at home. Only one of the four transferred movies shows up in iTunes as resident in the iPad. I can move that one back but the other three are not visible to move under Movies in iTunes. Where did they go and how can I transfer them off of the iPad.
None of the movies has been started yet and they all have about 15 days to go before expiration.

Silly question first... when "deleting duplicates", did you delete the picturs or music folders? :}
Are the "Previous system" folders still there? Are the photos/music inside the recent Previous folder?
Have you tried doing a search for the files?
Do you have a new account set up, that you are now signed in to, rather than your old account?

Why can't I find the text alerts that I purchased 12/04/14 on my iPhone6. These were on phone as of 12/04/14 and then all of a sudden on 12/05/14 they were gone. How can I find these and restore them. This was not a cheap purchase. I am very upset about this

Can't find a movie that i just recently purchased and fully downloaded

I just purchased and fully downloaded a movie two days ago and i was having internet problems while it was downloading but it still downloaded the whole movie. i watched it once, i didn't delete it, but now it's not in my purchsed music or anything and when i go to purchase it again, it says i already have it in my files but how do i find it again? i don't have enough money on my itunes gift card to buy it again.

The same thing happened to me. I bought 2 movies and a video and they all downloaded correctly but when I closed and opened my iTunes back up it wasn't in my Purchased List or any other Library Lists. Did you ever find out what happened? HELP! Thank you.
