I am on Windows 7, and I was on Adobe.com. I went to downloads and clicked on Acrobat XI standard. It downloaded. But when I went to run it said Acrobat XI Pro and would not accept my serial number. I installed the new 5.0 version of Firefox and the thing keeps telling me i have to resart my system to finish the install of an old version. I resart and it doesnt do anything. If the toolbar installed something into the rest of the system, you will see an entry in the Control Panel in the software uninstall applet which should be removed. You might need to make a new profile if you cannot find an extension that has something to do with the toolbar.

I recently installed a few apps like Instagram and Facebook all free and the installed fine now I try to install a few other free apps and it keeps telling me that I have a billing issue with a previous order and directs me to my billing info screen , all I purchased were free apps what do I do
Just create an AppleID account without putting in credit card information.
Then proceed to download the free app.
It will ask you to put in AppleID info but it won't charge you as there is no creditcard connected to the account and zero balance. -

There is no menu in Safari. You need to go into the Settings app
and locate and select the Safari section.

Im trying to listen to a book we downloaded from amazon. When we click on it it says we need to enter out audible username and password. I used my apple id username and password and it says it is not correct. I reset this and used it again and it still does not work. Any ideas?

Quit Safari
Go to /Applications/ and launch Adobe Reader
Accept End User License
Now launch Safari and View PDF. -

You have to sync them from a computer that has those songs. You can't redownload for 90 days

Go to Settings > iCloud and see if mail is turned off, if it is turn it back on and you should be good to go.

I downloaded an itunes audio book and now can't find it anywhere...not in iTunes, not in iBooks...where did it go?
I had similar troubles on my iPhone 5 (iOS 7) with some audiobooks. Tried redownloading, reported problems, etc. nothing worked. Even more confusing, I could 'see' it in the On This IPhone in iTunes, but couldn't even see the audiobooks button in iTunes (on the phone).
I ended up searching for it by name, from my iPhone home screen (by swiping down, it may be called spotlight?), and where it reads 'Search this iPhone', I just started typing the name of the book, and there it was.
Not the most elegant solution, but so far all three of the books that I've bought are there. -
I just purchased an audio book and cannot find in in my iBooks or when I go back into iTunes it's no longer available for download. Under recent purchases it's not there. When I look at my iBook all the other books I have bought are there but not the Dale Carnegie book
