I am playing Campus Life and tried to purchase diamonds from itunes. I got charged but never received the diamonds. What can I do?

    Actually i didn't receive 55 cash point from the game of Derby Days (Com2uS Inc.)  I found it via i purchased the cash point, the games is without connection for very long time ago. 
    I can't contact them, can you help me to deducted(refund) for US$4.99.

    Thanks for your information.  Actually i did want to try your suggested method to report my issue.  But I can't go to that report page.  I don't know why, i tried in differnt pc and reopen and clsoed the account for serveral time.  Anyways, I found another method to report my issue.

    I created a Purchase Order and approved it. ( there is No Requisition created)
    I went to receiving from (Navigator->Under Procurements, there is Receipts).
    and when i queried by the above created Purchase Order, Its not showing anything.
    Can you please let me know if i missed any setup/ configuration?

    You can only buy items individually (there used to be a 'buy all' option, but Apple have removed it), which you can do by clicking on their prices (not the downward pointing arrow next to the price)

  • HT4009 What do I do if I didn't receive the In-App purchase I tried to make, but was still billed by iTunes?

    I have already tried to contact the  support center for the app/game where I tried to make a purchase (Zynga), but I'm not sure how I should go about contacting iTunes about this issue.  Will iTunes even be able to do anything about it?  I tried to make an In-App purchase on May 19/12, but received several error messages as I was attempting to make the purchase.  As a result, I did not receive the game tokens I was trying to purchase, but I was billed for 4 transactions. I received receipts from iTunes detailing my purchases, even though none of the purchases actually resulted in me receiving any game tokens. Any advice on how to proceed?

    Well here on the Apple Support Communities you are talking to other users just like yourself and not Apple. We are not able to to do anything about your credit card.
    My suggestion it to call your credit card company and ask them to deny payment. Once you have done that it will get someone attention and they will start talking to you seriously.
