Ringtones are currently a one-time only download, but if it's not on your phone and it hasn't copied over to the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

You may not be able to get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the problem was on their end preventing the movie from downloading in a reasonable time.

Assuming you are in a location that supports re-downloading of TV shows, you can download any purchased TV shows from the purchased option in the quick links section in the top right-hand corner of iTunes on your computer. -

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).

I would like to know if I can download Adobe PDF once again onto my computer without being charged the annual fee of $ 19.95 annually since I am already a Adobe ExportPDF user from when my computer did not crash to where I had to go back to the very beginning after the crash. I lost all of my files including my Adobe Export PDF. Can I redownload Adobe Export PDf without my checking account losing the $ 19.95 annually since I have already paid for it before my computer crashed and I had to go back to the beginning to where none of my old files were saved. Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you. -
My iphone 4 used to have the flashlight feature in the control center. It obviously has iOS 7 in fact iOS 7.0.4 and now there is no flashlight icon in the control center, how do I get it back?

I rented a movie teh other night and started the download. It was taking a while so I went to bed. In the morning there was an error message and the movie did not download. I did nothing as I figured I would just try agian another day. A few days later I received my receipt by email. I had been charged even though I never got access to the movie. I tried to access the download again, but can not figure out gow to download the movie agian without being chraged. PLease help.
You could try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option. If that doesn't start it downloading then you will need to contact iTunes support (rentals are a one-time only download, so they will need to add it back into your queue).

I tried to ask a similar question before, however did not understand our issues well enough to even form a comprehensive question and the kind replies.
I apologize, unfortunately I've yet to resolve our problem.
All of our devices are under the same Apple ID & password (an IPhone 4s, an IPhone 4, and a Dell Laptop that uses Windows 7.) How in the world can
we separate them (so we can both use our free 5GB under the iCloud storage that each of our IPhone's offer, but "also" still use the same shared ITunes
account?
As it stands right now, my son's phone (iPhone 4) is set up under our Apple ID & pw-which enables him to use the free 5gb's under the iCloud.
I cannot take advantage of the Free 5gb's iCloud on my IPhone 4s, because it's all "my info." on my son's phone (my email address & pw=what we've always used for our shared ITunes acct.)
A big fat mess I know, and don't even want to confuse things by asking about these SMTP's...1 thing at a time!
Not sure if it is still on his phone, however in trying to resolve this issue last time I set him up with a MobileMe address. I believe I entered my info back into his phone because it created a bigger mess!

What I need to know is "how" I can separate or rather create another Apple ID for my son-who is currently using "my Apple ID?" If there is a way to let him keep "all" his info on his phone (eg-contacts, music, app's, etc.) without doing a "reset?') Somehow I need to go into his phone's setting-create a new Apple ID and possibly a new password so he can still use our combined iCloud & Itunes account?
Also then letting me take back my Apple ID & password, but again allowing us (my son and I) to use the same iCloud & Itunes account? Does that make more sense??? I'm sincerely trying to get this cleared up once and for all----just need guidance from someone who has a true understanding of the whole Apple iCloud/Itunes system!

This purchase was from a while back and it was long before the cloud but when I was donloading everything that I had purchased before I could not find any of my movies
You only get one download of movies. It is your responsibility to backup your purchases.
If it never downloaded at all, then click Store>Check for Available Downloads -

I have already bought the Season 7 of me and my friends favorite show I downloaded it on my iPad and I want to know if I sign into my iTunes on my friends iPhone if iTunes would then again charge me.
There is one caveat. The app still has to be in the app store. As LNG as its in the app store and you paid for it once you can download it again. Also before you download it check to see I fit has been updated. Many apps require a later iOS to run that the version you reported.
