you dont. you can ask for credit and wait weeks for it and try downloading again only for it to most likely fail again when you want to watch it. Get netflix and computer with a disk player.

If you buy used you have to be careful. I am not sure what software came with which system versions and which computers but the iLife application history is complex. If you end up looking for "original" discs such as those that came with your computer, make sure iPhoto was part of it, and make sure the discs you buy are really identical to the ones for your computer model. A lot of people sell gray colored discs as installer discs, but the versions are machine specific so getting any old Tiger installer may not work on your computer. Unfortunately the universal Tiger installer may not have iPhoto. Maybe somebody more familiar with the iPhoto history can provide specific advice.
An alternative is to look for a used iLife series that will work on your computer. Again, this will have to be used. Apple's staying ahead of the curve basically means those of us with old machines are left to fend for ourselves as best we can. -

I recently got a new iPad from Apple, everything was stored to the cloud now I have set up new iPad i have nothing. Apps can b replaced pics cannot. Can anyone help me please?
Sorry to read about this. A relative had a similar experience. Just a few things she was told to do. Hopefully one will get your content back. Make sure you are logged in to the same Apple Account the last iPad was. You should have a recent backup that can be downloaded to have your new iPad look like the one you replaced. When I changed from one iPad to another I used my last backup and all my apps and photos reloaded with no issues. This was done over wifi.
Another way is connecting your iPad to a computer that is logged into your iTunes account. It will show what backups you have available to download To your iPad. Again hopefully a recent backup was made of your iPad with all your most recent content.
In my cloud settings I made sure any photos I took were uploaded to the cloud to be downloaded automatically to my iPhone and visa versa.
If you had your photos setup to be uploaded to the cloud they should still be there. You just need to be logged into your Apple ID and your new iPad and I see no reason you cannot access them. Hopefully it is a simple fix.

Matched song in the cloud but can not play or download.
I have one Depeche Mode song from a very old album that when I paid for iTunes Match was matched and I deleted this song, I was new and green to how iTunes Match worked at the time so I deleted all songs from my Mac but not from the cloud.
I then re-downloaded them all to get the higher bit rate non protected AAC version and that worked for most of my songs as I assume the ones that would not upgrade to the higher bit rate where not available in the iTunes Match system.
I have since either purchased the iTunes Plus version and some have been updated and now I am stuck with one song in the cloud but will not play or download.
I have gone to iTunes and purchased the iTunes Plus version but the original Protected AAC version of this Depeche Mode song in the cloud is stuck and I can find no way to delete it from my iTunes list as it is not in my actual iTunes Library folder just has the cloud icon.
Is there a solution?
LeonApplications purchased from one sore cannot be transfered to another store, especially when they are not available in that other country store. The apps are locked to the Apple ID and country store from which they are purchased.

iCloud is temporary storage - limited to 1,000 photos and 30 days for each photo.
Photos/videos in your iPhone's Camera Roll can and should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera especially before installing an iOS update. -
I want to share my video edits with clients in the cloud but can't
I was under the impression I was able to easily share my video edits with clients for a simple seamless workflow. Upon trying this I learn that I am unable to share video files over the cloud. Why is this? and how can I do this? I know you use to be able to within premiere.
Does it need to be exported in a certain format or is it simply not supported to do this in the cloud.

Why are all of my purchases downloaded from the cloud but can't be played from iTunes?
I recently updated iTunes as prompted. Many of my songs disappeared. I was able to get most of them back. Some of the songs I purchased will not play in iTunes. I've checked my history, and it says that all songs were donwloaded. Why won't they play?
But I would think that the purchases would be saved onto my Itunes account and therefore redownload into my computer. I have been able to retrieve about 9 of the 20+ songs that I bought by syncing my phone however the other purchases are still not there. Also, when I go to the Itunes store and back to the purchases, the button you press to buy it says "PURCHASED" so I know I don't have to rebuy them. How do I redownload the music I purchased previously?

I bought stuff off the cloud but it's not showing up on my computer, what do I do?
I've bought a number of items (Movies, music, ect.) off iTunes through the app on my iPad. Yet, when I return to my computer it doesn't show up. I tried going to the store and looking it up but all it says it that "I already own this." I have no idea how to fix this, and if I can't then there's no way for me to get the music onto my older iPods. Help please?
Thanks!Click on the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes, and you can then potentially redownload them (what types of content that can be redownloaded varies by country). if you can't redownload them then connect your iPad (if you still have them on it) to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases in iTunes.
If you want future purchases that you do on your iPad to automatically download on your computer's iTunes then go in Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) and turn on automatic downloads. -

You cannot.
You buy one and only one download of movies. it is your responsibility to backup your purchases.
Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -
I have just reformatted my drive and reinstalled creative cloud and lightroom. When i open it, it says there is another version running the catalog and i have to switch to it to fix the problem, but there is no other version on my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Where did you put the LR catalog?
Did you install the same version of LR, which one?
OS and version?
Open the folder where the catalog (*.lrcat) is located. If you see a file with lock in it while LR is not running, delete it.
Now try to start LR again. -
