I am having trouble getting movie to show up on iPad. It shows as downloaded and I moved it to iPad on computer but video on iPad is black.
What is wrong? Thanks

Welcome to the Apple Community Tarskforce.
Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel or adjusting your multicast rate.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first. Networks that have inherent issues can be seen to work differently with different versions of the same software. You might also try moving the Apple TV away from other electrical equipment.

Ok i have my movies i want to put on my Ipod and they are in Itunes under movies but i cannot drag them to my Ipod if anyone could help that would be great. Thanks

I'm far from being a newbie with computers and digital toys and I'm also having this problem. From my first experience with trying to retrieve a disc from a power mac to now, trying to accomplish what should be a simple task on an ipod which everybody seems to have. Click on the iPhone Subsection, then go to the music subsection, and remeber to enable the sync music. When you are done, click on the APPLY button on the lower right of iTunes. Afterwards, sync your iPhone. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you would like to download all of your previous iTunes purchases to iTunes on your computer.
Follow these steps to download all your purchased songs:
Download previous iTunes Store purchases to an authorized computer
Click iTunes Store near the top of the iTunes window.
Click the Purchased link at the right of the iTunes Store homepage (below Quick Links).
In the page that appears, select a category.
iTunes shows you which of your purchases are available for download. You can view all of your past purchases, or just the ones not currently in your iTunes library. Items already in your library aren’t available for download. If you select Music, you can view your purchases by song, artist, or album. If you’re viewing by album, click an album to see which songs on it are available for downloading.
To download an item, click its Download button .
To download all available items, click Download All.

Downloaded TV Programme: Cannot get them onto iPad

I've downloaded a programme series, consisting of 6 episodes. They all show in the TV Programmes section of the iTunes Library, but I cannot get them onto my iPad. I've tried syncing the iPad. I've tried switching it off, then back on. Nothing. No matter what I try, I can't get them onto my iPad.

You are selecting them with checkmarks in the boxes next to their names in the list of TV Shows in iTunes before you sync? The Sync TV Shows heading is selected as well?

Puchased some audio books. They are on my itunes, but cannot get them on my Shuffle?

Purchased some audio books. They are on my itunes, butt cannot get them on my ipod shuffle.

You can delete apps from itunes by going to the Apps section of the Library NOT the sync page. Select App and delete. It will then be gone from the App Sync page as well.

HT1657 Movie rental downloaded but nowhere to be found

I downloaded a movie rental but it does not appear in my downloads or library.
The movie in itunes store says it has been downloaded.
Where is it??

Click on LIBRARY on the top right;
Select MOVIES from the drop down menu on the top left;
Click on RENTED on the top center.
It took me about an hour to find that out.
They should have a link from the iTunes Store, or explain what to do after we pay for the rental.

HT1657 Movie rental downloaded but won't play

I just rented a movie from iTunes. My iTunes tells me the movie is downloaded and ready to view, but the movie keeps freewing at the same point, 1 minute and 55 seconds in.
I've restarted iTunes and that hasn't helped.
I have a 1 year old HP computer running the glorious (not) Windows 8.
For all that Windows 8 is occasionally very irritating, I've never had a problem with iTunes before. However this is the first time I've used iTunes for anything other than downloading/playing music.

I have rented a movie from iTunes, but cannot get it to play

The film has downloaded, and on the picture of the film title, there is the word "play" with an arrow. When I click on the word play, nothing happens. I have iTunes 10.5, and iTunes has been happy as a clam, and I can listen to music and audio books...but I cannot play this film!
I appreciate any advice anyone can give!

Should be under Library>Movies. Try searching for it in the Movie section.
