FIFA 14 was downloaded by itunes on my pc. When i tried to transfer it to my iphone , it started syncing and finished.. but when I opened my iphone it shows that the app was only 75% installed. Not Fully. Later the icon turns gray. And the app is not installed.

App Store Update shows App already installed, but still keeps bugging me

App Store Updates continually shows Apple Remote Desktop V 3.7.2 as an update. When I click on UPDATE, I get the message:
"Remote Desktop is already installed on this computer. Choose Software Update from the Apple menu to check for available updates."
"Software Update from the Apple menu" no longer exists since upgrading to Yosemite. Besides, that's what the UPDATE button does.
I looked at other discussions, and tried the advice there, with no luck:
I downloaded Remote Desktop Version 3.7.2 again, and it would not install, saying a newer version already exists.
I turned off Applications in Spotlight, then turned it back on. I even restarted before turning it back on.
I went to delete "~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore" but there isn't one.
There's got to be a way get rid of this. No it's bugging me in Notifications to update software that won't update, because it does not need updating.

I can't find the disc, which was installed at least 6 years ago, when I was living in another city. Remote Desktop Admin was very expensive at the time. $299 if I remember correctly.
I've since deleted every file with remotedesktopadmin in the name, from system and user libraries. Restored 3.7.2 from the external drive, and the problem persists.
It would appear to be a software bug in App Store since I installed Yosemite. In six years of using Remote Desktop I've never had a problem until Yosemite install.
3.6 would not run because it checks for updates first. 3.7.2 runs just fine, and the App knows there is no update - otherwise it would behave like 3.6 and require an update. It's only App Store Update that erroneously indicates the App needs updating. If I deleted all plists, preferences, receipts, etc. what does App Store Update use to determine App update status?
Moreover, if I did not buy it on the App Store (there was no App Store six years ago), why is it showing up at all? I have lots of software that I bought directly from the vendor, and I don't get erroneous update messages for those.
Even stranger, when I looked at trying to buy a new copy in the App Store, instead of Buy, the icon said "Open". Somehow App Store thinks I bought it from the App Store, even though I didn't? I clicked Open, and while the App was running, the erroneous update message STILL persisted.

I'm currently installing iTunes on my brother's new laptop for him. However, when I attempt to install it, it does not work. No error messages pop up, and it doesn't say that it has failed to install. It tells me that it has installed successfully, however the bar indicating how much it has installed never shows any progress before it switches to the completion window. When I click finish, nothing happens, and when I search the computer for iTunes, it cannot be found. I've tried looking for the folder that was set as the destination for the installation, and it doesn't exist.
The laptop is running Windows 7 and has 267GB of free space.
Any suggestions on what the issue might be?

I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

Repeating your question in the post doesn't fully explain what the problem is. Are you saying that you installed the game and it is trying to install again?
Without knowing anymore than why you have posted ..... try rebooting the iPad and see if the installing resumes, the download disappears .....
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

I started having the exact same issue as of last night. Tried everything I could think of but nothing worked. Have opened a support case with Apple.
I suspect there may be a problem on Apple's end with their App Store update server.

My iPad shows my Photosmart 7510 but won't print. I've disconnected and reconnected printer, turned iPad off and on. My computer communicates well wirelessly with the printer. Troubleshoot further?

I would try a hard reset on the iPad.
To do so, hold both the home button and sleep button down at the same time.
Keep holding them until the device restarts and you see the Apple logo.
Once you see the Apple logo, you can go ahead and release the buttons.
Once the iPad is booted back up, try to print to your 7510 again.
Let know if that helps resolve your issue or not.

App says installed but not showing up on homepage

Hi,
I have purchased certain apps and it says installed, but they are not showing on homepage

There is a limit of 11 homepages after which apps are only accessible via the iPad's spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right) - if you do have 11 screen then you can make more apps 'visible' by using app folders.
If you have less than 11 screens, then have you got an app age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them ?

App says installing but never changes

Hi all,
I have lost some apps from my iPad for no apparent reason just literally disappeared. I go to app store and all those missing say installing but they are not. I have rebooted the iPad I have logged in and out of the store but to no avail.
Any help appreciated please!
My little daughters GarageBand projects have gone which is one of the biggest losses at the moment

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- deleting and reinstalling the app
- Download on your computer and sync

If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, and you can't find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right), then is it hidden by and app age rating in Settings > General > Restrictions ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

HELP GUYS.. App world installed but icon missing

Hi .. plz plz plz give me a solution.. i have a bb torch 9800.. i got a app world upgrade msg .. after the upgrade.. i can't find the app world icon.. though it installed on my phone.. the icon is no where to be found. I tried deleting and re-installing but the icon doesn't appear.. HELP .. i am going insane .. its soo frustrating.

Try this -
When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.

Flash shows as being installed but is not (according to Adobe)

I want to view content using Flash. After manual install of Flash and also trying to install directly - nothing works. The Mozilla site indicates I should get a yellow bar asking to install but this does not appear. The plug Ins page shows I have no plug ins active. Add Ons show I have Shockwave Flash 10.1.82.76. I am running Firefox 3.6.9.

You might want to update/install the latest Flash in IE as well. I remember several months ago when I finished updating my Flash, Firefox still asked me to update it. Then I opened IE and update Flash there also. After that, my Flash plug-in worked in Firefox.
And to ensure you have the latest versions of Flash and they were updated successfully, go to this website and check:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Ipad shows APP updates

My ipad shows updates, however they will not download to my iPad. Everything else seems to be working fine. Any suggestions on a fix?

If you are getting the blank app update screen, many people are having this problem over the last couple of days.
According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
5. Select update on the Apps
This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store. Apple needs to fix this. It is a workaround only until then.
