How can I recover purchased music from a old apple is when I can't remember the
password and I don't have access to the email to recover it????

As has already been stated, no, purchased content cannot be transfered between Apple IDs. I suggest you not buy anything other than music with the gift cards you've redeemed on the iTunes Store. Since music is DRM-free it doesn't really matter what Apple ID it is purchased with except for purposes of re-downloading past purchases.
Once you've used up the GC funds I recommend you switch back to the original Apple ID on the iTunes Store and do not change it. There was no reason at all for you to create a new Apple ID.

OK, well, seems like you need to lose the attitude if you really want help.
There are several ways to get music from iTunes on your computer to your device.
The easiest is to sync directly with iTunes by connecting your device to your computer, selecting the device, setting up your Profile pages, and then clicking the Sync button to sync.
First you want to open iTunes and under Preferences>Devices, make sure that you are not syncing automatically:
Make sure that box is checked.
Then follow the instructions in the article below for either your computer or your Mac to set up your Profile pages and to sync your music via iTunes:

You can also directly download music from iTunes to your device by going to the iTunes icon, going to "Purchased", and selecting the items that are not on your device that show a little cloud next to them. Click on the cloud and the music will download.
You might also want to familiarize yourself with your iPhone 5 manual. It has all the answers you cannot find on Google or by trying to just do it by brute force. If you would take a little time to read about your device and how to use it, you might not be so frustruated and unnecessarily snarky to people who are trying to help:

I had an old Apple ID with an old email address where I had some music stored. Since then I purchased an IPhone and created a new email address which is my Apple ID. I would like to move all of the music I had on the original email/apple to the new one. When I have tried to make the changes, it says that the email account is already being used. Is there a way to move the music I had stored in my old account to my new account? I am pretty computer illiterate so detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot. iTunes purchases remain on the iTunes account they were purchased with.

You cannot move purchases from one ID to another. If you have protected content you wish her to have then you can authorize her computer for your purchases. Shouldn't be an issue with music. It becomes more complicated as families try to share and update apps bought over multiple IDs.

I just migrated into a new MBP from an old one.
It did not bring the music over. Apple's instructions are to use the Home Sharing feature of iTunes.
Open iTunes on your old Mac. Select Home Sharing under the Advanced menu. Sign in. Do the same on your new computer. Then when the library appears under Home Sharing on the left-hand panel on your new computer's iTunes, you can select all and Add To Library.
That's what Apple says, anyway.

Old problem that has never been figured out: I had hundreds of songs on my old laptop before itunes, some of them downloads from years ago and some of them ripped from CDs. After getting an ipod touch a few years ago, I put all 900 and some of the old songs plus new ones purchased from itunes on the ipod and played them for a long time (year or 2 probably?). Now, all of the sudden the non-itunes songs are grey on my computer AND ipod, and I am not able to click on them or play them. Why is this?

I have music from old cassettes in Itunes - Track problem

My problem is, I have music from old cassettes that I transferred to computer. Put into Itunes without track#s, but say the name of album song 1, album song 2, etc. In the SONGS list it shows all songs in ORDER. then when I click the same in ALBUM setting it shows the music - songs in jumbled order. is there a way to correct this other than going to GET INFO and hand typing a Track # in for EACH and EVERY song?????? Yes, same thing. But they need to be compatible with apple tv, just because they play in iTunes doesn't mean they will work on ATV. See below
