HT203167 Some of my purchases did not down load completely

Some songs that I purchased did not down load completely.

Are they just stuck in "loading" , "downloading", or "installing"? If so tap on them as they may be paused. If on a carrier network (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) switch to WiFi as carriers limit the size of apps/music that can be downloaded over providor networks. If they are installed, delete them and return to iTunes to download again. You only have to purchase once, so you will not have to pay to download again.

    3. select a topic and a subject
    4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
    5. fill out the form and explain your situation
    6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

    Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
    If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that album and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

    Try the Store tab in iTunes and Check for Downloads.
    If that doesn't work go to the main itunes store screen in itunes and on teh right side under quick links see if you have a purchased secrion - do the tracks appear there for download?

    I installed Window 8 upgrade.  I see my Adobe that I purchased last year in old Windows file under the program files.  I paid over three hundred dollars for the full version.   Adobe reader is on my desktop, how can I tell if it's the full version that I bought last year?

    You need to reinstall Acrobat 9 properly. UPgrading your operating system does not carry over the required install information and there may be al lsorts of otehr sideeffects. Download the installer from here and reinstall:

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the track and try redownloading fresh copies.
    Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
    (Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

    I have the EXACT issue as Hatchs88 and the response doesn't help. I found a 3 of 4 missing songs as "song".tmp file in the music directory but I can't do anything here... The iTunes store just says purchased and it doesn't the songs show up in the purchased list either. What's funny is that I was able to download on an iPod touch but I cant get it on my PC...

    What do you mean 'did not download' ? Are they new purchases that you've done on your phone ? Past purchases that you are trying to redownload ? Did you get any error messages when trying to download them ?
    What you can redownload will show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone (music won't show there in all countries). If they are old purchases and not all music shows there then check to see if any are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
