If as you stated, you requested a replacement pair of headphones then Apple should have sent you all of the directions on how to handle the replacement. It sounds like your oriiginal request has gone astray and it might be time to try again.

After upgrading to Mountain Lion, my trackpad is erratic and glitchy

I've gotten the Macbook Pro with Retina Display for about a month now and I immediately upgraded to Mountain Lion. After about a few weeks, Mountain Lion was working well. Nothing was going on. Then about a few days later, my trackpad is possessed. My cursor is moving by itself, it switches pane to Launchpad to Mission Control, to switching my tabs. I'm not even touching it.
I've tried doing the SMC reset, the killall Dock method, and PRMC one, but the problem is still persists.
I'm going to college very soon and it's scaring me that this is just happening. Can someone help me or is this something that I just have? Is this also what Apple is going to cure?

This happened to me too. After about a week of ML, my trackpad started freaking out overnight. I went to the mac store [annoyed because I didn't even want to upgrade to ML but it's a requirement for some software...] and they told me to get a new trackpad*. I've also turned off all of the extra features for now - tap to click, etc and using it like an old school track pad. I'll turn them back on one at a time once this has been stable for a bit.
*I mentioned I saw this issue in forums, and the 'genius' said the software engineers don't base their knowledge on forums, but extensive testing in their lab. Maybe if the engineers actually got out of their labs and delved into the real-world problems/ read the forums, the geniuses could provide helpful fixes rather just equipment replacements

I am wanting to activate iTunes Match on my iPad. But I get a message saying I have to wait 90 days. Side note: I'm doing this for my mom and not knowing, she created a second Apple ID a while ago. I'm trying to get her ID's sorted out. Anyway, I am wanted to know if there's a work around for this. I know it's a safeguard created so people cannot endlessly log in and out of others accounts and share there music and stuff. So, any help?

There is no work around, you must wait the 90 days (or however long is remaining) before associating the device with another Apple ID.
Keep in mind that if you log into your mother's iPad with your iTunes Store Apple ID she will then be using that Apple ID for everything including purchases. Any apps purchsed with her Apple ID can not longer be updated on the device.

Why do I get notices to update Photoshop and Audition every day or two after I have updated?

Several times now the Creative Cloud Manager has notified me to update Photoshop and Audition. I apply the updates only to get the request again a day or two later. I have checked and both apps are the version CC wants to update to. Now CC wants me to update again. Both apps are working, but the continual notices to update repeatedly are rather annoying.

That message indicates to me that you were downloading purchased content with another Apple ID so that you didn't have to pay for it again. When you do that, you associate your iPad with that Apple ID for 90 days and you lock yourself out of your own ID until the 90 days is up.
In any event, you just have to wait it out now. You can't reset it.

Working days between two date fields and Changing Factory Calendar

I have to calculate working days between two date fields excluding the weekends and public holidays for Switzerland.
I have written the routine using factory calender and its working fine except for two problems now:
1. If any one of the date field is empty then teh rsult should be zero.
2. And the below code is working from 1996 but my cleints wants it to work for years before 1996 as well.
I also tried to change the Start date in SCAL for factory calendar but it says enter values between 1995 to 2020.
I am new to ABAP. Please help me how i can achieve these for below code.

Either wait it out or contact Asurion and complain. They sent you a used phone as JB said above. There is nothing anyone here or at Apple can do about it.

I think you will have to do a complete restore--you will lose any info added since last backup. Connect phone to computer, select it in souce list. Next, click on Summary tab, click Restore. In the next dialog box, click Restore--your phone will be erased and the latest software will be installed. Click agree to terms and phone will restart. Then you will see the phone setup screen--click on Restore from Backup and select the most recent backup. Obviously, this will only work if you have a backup on the computer. If not, check Set up as New Phone, click continue, then wait for the process to finish.

Yes thats what i thought but i only have 77 days left on my garentee so its a worry, and have to drive 1 hour to get to closest Apple shop, spent the whole day there today when i should have been at work and have to make the drive again on Monday Then back again next Friday to pick it up. How long has it been since the last logic board replacement? Was the previous repair(s) done by Apple directly or via an authorized service provider? If you're on MLB #3 and you're still seeing the same or very similar problems, I'd contact the place that did the service last, especially if it was in the past 90 days.
When you get a repair done through Apple, even if the machine is out of warranty, the service (and parts) carry a 90-day limited warranty. From my experience, Apple is often times flexible on this window as well especially if it's been a repeated repair.

Also before installing Please go to Applications-->Utilities--> Adobe installers and if there is any uninstaller for CS5.5 , you can remove it and do a fresh install.

Music Rescue also works as far as restoring your playlists etc. I've used it twice, you can use the Quick Recover mode, but have to click continue trial (something like that) allot, cp. to purchase option. Otherwise diesel is right as far as restoring via your purchase history.

When I got my computer back from the shop, I had to reload all of my programs on the new hard drive. When I reloaded Firefox, t did not have my bookmarks, as i expected. Depending on whether you saved your files to DVD in folders or just as a group of files, put the DVD into your computer, open iTunes and go to Add folder to Library or Add File to Library. Navigate to the DVD and add your files back into iTunes: About the Add to Library, Import and Convert functions
