HT203175 The Issue: Radio keeps rebuffering and/or freezes and then crashes.

The Issue: When listening to any radio station, it sounds rather like a music CD that keeps jumping then goes to rebuffering and eventually crashes. I have creating a new user account on my PC, used system-wide troubleshooting (checked for viruses, used misconfig to troubleshoot conflicts, verified 3rd party software issues) and nothing has provided a resolution. When I go directly on-line, there is no problem. I conclude that therefore the conflict lies within the new versions of iTunes (10.6.3) and digital radio. Is there anyone who can help or confirm my conclusion? Asssitance gratefully appreciated. Thanks

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page. You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.
