I've gone through forums and your trouble shooting page and I've found a lot of angry customers over thus Creative Cloud "You've been signed out" problem. Fortunately for me, I'm not a customer. I installed it so I could download a trial or premiere with the intention to buy, but now I don't need the trial because this is issue has made up my mind. But I am still curious if you're ever going to fix it?

  • When are they going to fix the syncing issue with podcast playlists...????

And is there anywhere I can complain to Apple about it..??????? This is getting REALLY frustrating....

Which version of iTunes are you using? 9.0.1 fixes several Podcats issues - see this link for a news item:
    http://www.podcastingnews.com/2009/09/24/itunes-9-0-1-fixes-podcast-sync-problem s/
Note the iTunes version - if you're still using 9.0, move up to 9.0.1

  • APPLE ARE YOU EVER GOING TO FIX THE MACBOOK'S WIRELESS PROBLEM??

How long do we have to wait for a simple wireless fix? I have been waiting over a year putting up with being disconnected from the net every single 5 minutes of every day. its making my blood boil. I have to use boot camp to run Windows XP on my macbook just because wireless is absolutely perfect when running on Windows XP. How hard can it be to fix this on Leopard? I have searched through hundreds of threads and have found no fixes whatsoever. For a company who strives for perfection you are pretty far from it.

Not at my house, sadly. Since the update I've been plagued again by the up/down/up/down for "en1" (the wifi network interface, i.e. Airport). I have four bars too; this problem happens even if I'm sitting next to the router.

  • Will there be another softerware update SOON to fix the syncing issue iOS 6.14 caused?

Will Apple offer another update SOON that will FIX the syncing issues?
I have tried EVERYTHING: backups, restarting phone, uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes, etc. . NOTHING WORKS
I look forward to having my phone sync to my computer so I can save all my information on my external hard drive.
This issue has been occurring ever since I downloaded and updated the iOS 6.14 software.
Everyone is having this same issue, if anyone knows a way to "fix" it please let me know, if not. . . APPLE I need you to begin working on a solution. Thanks!

    False.
You are not addressing Apple here.  We are all Apple users, just like you.
Additionally, terms of service of the Apple Support Communities forbid us from speculating on actions Apple may or may not take in the future.

  • Are you guys going to fix the memory leak in version 6

Hi I was wondering if you guys were going to fix the huge memory leak in Firefox 6. As of now I use windows Vista 32bit Ultimate and Firefox is using 164MB of memory to view www.google.com. I'm sorta confused also on how SLOW the browser is. I never seen F.F act this way since F.F 6. I'm hoping that this will be resolved in version 7 cuz this is not cool so slow in all.

On the "flip-side", I had the smoothest and quickest iTunes upgrade/install ever.  This was on my Windows 7 Professional, 64bit system.
That you performed an assumedly 'clean' reinstall of your OS, is not a good sign.  Obviously, iTunes doesn't like something within your system.
Here are the next steps that I would take if in your position:
    -  Are you absolutely positive that you have the 64bit version of iTunes?
    -  Re-download a new copy of the 64bit version of iTunes 10.5
    -  Try downloading iTunes from one of the 'mirror sites' - FileHippo is good
    -  Call your PC's manufacturer and see if they are aware of any conflicts with your specific machine's build with respect to iTunes
    -  Temporarily use another PC (if available) to get your iPhones up and running

  • Is apple EVER going to fix the Wifi problem on phones AND iPads?

I keep seeing all these new updates for stuff on ios7...and yet THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE WIFI CONNECTION PROBLEM ON PHONES AND IPADS!

This is a real hardware problem triggered by the installation of iOS 7. A representative in the Apple Store in Ginza, Tokyo, admitted this to me today. The WiFi and Bluetooth chip on my iPhone 4s have been damaged either during the installation process itself, or by using the system after installation. However despite the fact that Apple Japan representative admitted that the company is at fault, they would not agree to fix or replace the phone at their cost. What terrible customer service!

  • Are they ever going to get adobe flash for the iphone?

One thing you can do on windows based phones, which you cant on iphones is watch or use anything that is adobe flash. I get nba league pass every year, and would love to be able to stream games on my phone while at work, but it cant be done. Cant even go to nba.com and get scores. But there are also a ton of sites that use adobe flash, but dont work on the iphone. If they truly want to make this like a mini computer, including adobe flash would make this the only phone you would need.

Windows mobile devices have a Flash-lite version, which is compatible with most flash provided content but not all - hence the "lite" included with the name.
Apple has stated they aren't interested in the Flash-lite version which is limited, and the full version is a processor hog on a Mac or Windows PC.
It is up to Adobe to provide a plugin version that meets Apple's approval and no one here knows if or when that will occur.

  • NOKIA, ARE YOU FINALLY GOING TO FIX THE EMAIL IN E...

Almost 4 months after I bought this stupid device, I still can't use it as a messaging device - I tried several types of setup and it always failed because of BUGS.
I have 3 gmail accounts and here is what I tried:
    1. I created Nokia Messaging account and registered my 3 gmail accounts - they appeared on the device, but no e-mails were ever delivered - FAIL
    2. I created Ovi mail account and forwarded my 3 gmail accounts to it, then registered the Ovi account in Nokia Messaging  - it received e-mails, but it didn't support the Cyrillic alphabet - 90% of the messages were unreadable - FAIL
    3. I setup direct IMAP connections to my gmail accounts - it worked for some time, then one of the accounts stopped receiving mail. After some debugging, I found that if I receive e-mail with .EML or .MSG attachment, the E72 mail client is not able to receive mail anymore, at least from gmail. Not to mention that the IDLE does not work and it's stated in the specs that it MUST - FAIL
    4. I don't want to try with POP3 because I'm almost sure what will be the result - FAIL
I tried all the above things several times with the hope that at least Nokia Messaging servers will be fixed in some way - WRONG, NOTHING WAS FIXED IN THESE 4 MONTHS!
So, I paid money for this phone and 4 months later I'm still unable to use it? And there is no any sign of new firmware coming to fix it? I have seen many mail client implementations (outlook, win mobile, thunderbird, your own E71 client) and none of them had such STUPID BUGS. I'm still using Outlook 2003 and it never failed in such stupid way and it is so old.

Unfortunately, Nokia seems to be focused to earn money, not to offer the most competitive products. And their outstanding financial results prove this. The days when Nokia was a pioneer in this field are long gone.
These days, all inovations are found elsewhere:
Best camera: Sony Ericsson / Samsung
    Best display: Samsung
    Best design: Apple iPhone
    Best E-mail client: Windows Mobile
    Best music player: Apple iPhone
Best web browser: Apple iPhone / Android
    Best OS: Android
and so on and so forth.... I cannot rememeber anything that Nokia offers best.
But I cannot blaim them. They offer cheap products with reasonable features, solid build, good all-rounder, and the share-holders are happy.

  • Are you guys going to fix the iTunes 10.5 start problem for Windows 64?

Windows 7 , 64 bit. If you have any connection at all to the Internet, I am sure you are aware of the iTunes not starting problem. ALL the suggested fixes are useless for some...uninstall, reinstall, drive wipe, reboot, registry edit, registry cleaners.....all to no avail. APPLE stuff is supposed to work....I have 2 new phones here that require 10.5 to work......blah. When you click the icon, or try to start from the .exe for that matter, it appears like it is about to start...and then nothing......if you check task manager, you can see it is running.......I have tried every permutation of a fix, including wiping the hard drive and reinstalling Win7 and updating......no good
Come on APPLE fix this problem......dont make me buy android phones.......

On the "flip-side", I had the smoothest and quickest iTunes upgrade/install ever.  This was on my Windows 7 Professional, 64bit system.

  • White MacBook cracks, are they ever going to offer a perm. solution?

I'm well aware of the issue of the White 15" MacBooks cracking, mine cracked on me, almost completely breaking my computer apart, even though I'm very careful. I called them w/2 weeks to go on my warranty and they fixed it, I should have been smart and gotten the extended warranty then but noooooo. Anyways I'm almost done w/my second year with my mac and it's doing it again, in fact it looked fine last night when I closed my lid before dinner, no breaks. I opened it back up after, the whole time it was sitting on my desk. Open it back up and a piece flies off of it. I now have a .5" chunk of wristpad area missing. And it hurts! I get all scratched up every time I use it!
My question is this, since many people have had this issue is Apple offering any recourse? I know I'm out of warranty but seriously this is becoming a bit much! I don't really want to pay to get this fixed, but I need a non-mutilating wristpad area! I feel this is something that shouldn't rely on a warranty. Obviously if a car company had an issue where bumpers kept falling off and it was a manufacturing issue, they should replace everyone's bumpers. They couldn't get away with it if they didn't!
It took me weeks of arguing with Apple just to get them to fix it the first time, and I'm a college student and I need my MacBook all the time, I have a hard time sending it away! And the closest Apple store is 2 1/2+ hours away from me! Tell me why Tallahassee, a 3 college/state capital doesn't have an Apple store?
    Anyone have any advice?!

Yes I did have to argue because they insisted their MacBooks couldn't crack and that it was user abuse. Mine I believe was one of the first to do so, and they made me wait until many more people reported it. Then GM *****. I'm not putting a single bit of duct tape on my mac! That's insane. And I'm insulted you think I slam my notebook shut, I always gently close it. I had to EARN every single dollar to pay for this thing, it took me months, no way would I abuse this thing, I treat it better than everything I own. None of which is breaking....

  • When is Apple going to fix the maps? Unuseable in Europe

I have just upgraded to ois6 on my IPAD. The maps on the major European cites have no street names and makes the whope app unusable.
When are these guys going to fix the the problem?

    135 GB Available.
RAM is only 2GB with support up to 4GB.
So if it is the RAM, then what do Apple stores charge to install the extra 2GB Of RAM??
If it is too exspensive, I will go back to Snow Leopard!!
I'll just write my purchase of Mountain Lion off as a lesson learned!!
Only Problem with going back to Snow Leopard is that certain apps keep
saying they won't update such as Browers....etc.
    Thanks.
Look on eBay for Ram, or Google reputed dealers. I used genetic RAM and updated to 8GB. MacBook Pros (5) all flying along without a glitch. Are you running any third party programs such as MacKeeper, Anti-Virus Software, Little Snitch, etc? What Login Items do you have selected in your User Account? There is generally a good reason why someone's Mac runs slow under Lion or Mountain Lion compared to the millions who don't have an issue. Ram increase would certainly be a start, but Apple RAM is quite expensive to, say, Kensington for example.

  • Did they bother to fix the GPS issues in new update 3.1.3?

Just wondering if they have bothered to fix the gps issues that countless people seen to have with the 3gs, me included. We shouldn't have to mess around putting phone into airplane mode, turning location settings on and off and resetting network settings to get googlemaps to pick up the bloody gps, only to then have it not work again as soon as you exit maps and having to repeat the process. With the amount of people suffering the same issues it leads me to believe the reason it hasn't been addressed is because apple don't know how to fix if. Although not documented as one of the fixes I was just wondering if it's performing any better. Any info is appreciated, cheers.

    Here's what's reported... http://www.theiphoneblog.com/2010/02/02/apple-releases-iphone-313-iphone-ipod-to uch-devices/
It's only been out for about an hour so we won't know if there are other fixes for a few days.

  • Like many others, I got the new iPad 3 and couldn't sync all of my photos.  The best i got was 1,000 out of 15,000 to work.  Today Apple released iTunes 10.6.1.7 and said the syncing issue was resolved.  I erased my ipod cache and hit sync.  Still locked.

Like many others, I got my new IPad 3 and could not sync all of my photos.  The highest I got was 1,000 out of 15,000.  Today Apple released iTunes 10.6.1.7 that , among other things, said it fixed the sync issue with photos.  I excitedly, erased my ipod cache and hit sync.  It looked like it was working, but just like before iTunes locked.  This time at 2,244 of 15,000.  Anybody have an idea of how to fix this?

What's the capacity of your iPad?
iTunes needs up to 3x of the actual size of the files you want to sync during the sync process. And syncing 15.000 photos could cross the size of the available free space on your device.
Don't forget that the pictures are now optimized for the retina display, so the size increases for each of them.

Hey Apple when are you going to fix the problems with IOS 8.3??
    Message is working weird.
I don't have internet service when I'm away from my WiFi, because my phone won't use LTE now.
Should I wait for a IOS 8.3.1 update or reset my phone to factory and start over?
If there's a fix coming when will we see it?
    (I'm using iPhone6 plus)
I've tried everything else to fix the problems I'm having. Soft restart. Hard restart. Used your chat line. Called Verizon. Reset network settings.... Help!!!!!
I've posted on the Apple Communities about all this and I've sent in a couple of bug reports.
I live up in the mountains and MUST be able to access my Verizon LTE for information if there is a fire! I'm in California!

I have a Verizon iPhone 6 and am having none of those problems.

Didn't they already have you do that? If you haven't, yes, you should restore your phone as new and test.

If you are in a situation where you may need emergency information, organizations such as the Red Cross recommend things like this:
