I purchased a app called finger print scanner for locking iphone and came out to be fake after purchasing.It no way does the work . How should I get refund for this??????????
Before any application can be sold via iTunes, it must be approved by Apple, and goes through strick rules and guidelines.
If you are looking for a refund for the purchase of this application, you must request this from the support web site for the itunes or app's store.

I have a problem with my itunes. I cannot transfer apps from the itunes to my iphone 4s. Any time I try to snyc itunes tells me "The iphone could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this iphone. To authorize this computer for items purchased from the itunes store, choose, Store > Authorize This Computer. But anytime I authorize it tells me you have authorized including this computer 2 out 5 computers. And if I try again the same story over and over again. But I have many apps on my itunes which I want to transfer. Please someone help me.

I downloaded Battery Doc Free to my iPhone. Liked it, so I downloaded Battery Doc Pro. I then removed Battery Doc Free from my iPhone. Now when I sync, it keeps trying to copy Battery Doc Free back to iTunes. And just sits there in that state. Any ideas as to how to remedy this? The app doesn't show under Apps either on my device or Apps under Library in iTunes, but it keeps trying to copy it back!
Thanks in advance.Delete all the Battery apps from your phone, also delete all Battery apps from your iTunes library(if any are shown in your library), when prompted, move all files to trash, empty your trash, then restart iTunes. Go up to iTunes>Preferences(under the edit menu if using Windows)>Devices>Prevent iPods/iPhones from syncing automatically...put a check in that box. Connect your phone, iTunes running, right-click in the left device pane & select "Reset Warnings". Hit the sync button...if you get a popup that iTunes has detected purchased content on your phone not in your iTunes library, asking if you want to transfer, DECLINE. You should get a warning that this content will be erased from your phone, click OK. Eject your phone when finished. Re-download the Battery Pro app to your iTunes library(you can re-download purchased apps for free). Once complete, sync it to your phone.

ITunes Store is unable to process purchases at the time, Payment process
Hi,
I am trying to update my iPod Touch to firmware 2.0 and I would be more than willing to pay the 8 euros but I am not allowed by iTunes which everytime I try to purchase gives me this warning: "The iTunes Store is unable to process purchases at the time, Payment processing is temporarily unavailable. You may continue to browse the store. Please try to make your purchase later".
Please help me cause this is getting really annoying! I want IT!!!!

I Just received a receipt from the App Store. It was for opening one section of a game when I had already bought the full game. I went to the bottom to check on my purchases. It took me to the App Store for view history. I entered my Apple ID and then it switched me to ITune which doesn't work on my iPad! And yet it showed activity in ITunes. A few months ago I had a purchase show up that I didn't make. I contacted the developers because I love their new products so much and wanted to see if it might be a bug in their system because the confusion was within their games only. I would REALLY like to view my APP STORE history but it only lets me get to the part where you can open the apps that are showing. Is their a way to view my full APP history, with dates, money spent etc? I would love to know how to get there. Thank you, Diane Maya

I downloaded a free App. called ThaiPad from Bangkok Post newswpapers. I downloaded on my PC running Windows 7. The Bangkok Post recommended itunes for downloading. I completed the download but it would not open. I assume that this App was for iPad or iPod etc as the Bangkok Post wants to sell content, after the free content, via itunes store I assume. Can someone tell me if I can open this in Windows 7 and if so how. Thanks.
Any app that you download using iTunes is for use only on iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch, and not on a PC. It's possible they have a separate app for PC, as some companies do, but the one you downloaded via iTunes definitely will not open in Windows 7.

If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen. Under Payment Type, it should say that there is no credit card on file.

Is it possible for deleting all the apps from the appstore which are showing up in the apps not on my phone section. Before I was able to delete them from itunes but now I am not able to find that option.

The 'x' might not show on their top left corner (it might be invisible), but clicking where it should be should hide the app. -
I upgraded fro iphone4 to iphone5. i restored from backup in iCloud, and almost everything is there perfectly. there was one app on the phone, which i clicked on to finish the install, but it then disappeared. in my iTunes, under library/apps, this app still shows there. how do i reinstall this app. it was a paid app, and i searched the app store, and apparently it is no longer there.
any help would be greatly appreciated.It appears to be fixed, he had multiple versions of iTunes installed (since he put his iTunes in a different folder) the iTunes icon launched the old iTunes, even though the new was installed. it's working now.

You will need a Mac, with OS X 10.6+ on it, to be able to develop iOS apps.

Apps you buy from the Mac App store can be used on your computer. You use the same Apple ID as the iTunes Store, but that's the only connection.
Apps you buy from the iTunes App Store are written to run on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch). They won't run on your computer, only on your iDevice. -
